A/N (please read)

As I know each person's version of the a/b/o dynamics is different, I thought I'd give you a little bit of information as to how mine works so there is no confusion

mPreg is a thing within this story, but as I do not have any of the main characters as Male Omegas, it will only ever be mentioned in passing

I'm adopting the headcanon of someone's heat/rut being able to trigger someone else's heat/rut
(this will only ever be used in established relationships, so there won't be any assault or NC in this story)

Heat cycles replace the menstrual cycle in female omegas (so they have a heat about once a month) and the same timeline is true for male omegas
Rut cycles for alphas are naturally about once every 3 months, but if they have an omega partner, they will rut any time their partner is in heat (with very specific exceptions)

I'm going against the popular vote and saying that female Alphas can get pregnant, but again, probably will only be mentioned in passing or in a backstory context
