Chapter 1

Bucky POV:
I met Sebastian not long ago. I met him, thanks to my old friend Steve. He found files about another Supersoldier, created by Hydra. He was the prototype and was able to escape them. His past since then wasn’t much better than mine. He could keep more control over himself but needed help, just like me, so we went to Wakanda together. We changed and helped each other. It was not easy but we made it and then became Avengers. Still, it was something hard. People were still afraid, especially of me but we helped each other every time, we were a team and good friends.
Sebastian POV:
“Come on Buck! We really need to get that stuff for the party tonight or Stark will kill us!” I yelled, standing in front of Bucky’s room. He opened the door. “Could you go without me? I know, I promised to help but I have to finish some paperwork of my last mission.” He explained. I sighed and nodded. “Alright, but you owe me.” He then closed the door and I went out of the tower. Of course, no one else could help me, they were all helping Stark in the tower to get everything ready. So, I made my way alone to the store.
I got everything and wanted to pay, when I bumped into someone and all the stuff fell out of my arms. “Oh my God! I am so sorry. I didn’t look where I was going.” A soft voice sounded. I smiled at her. She had long brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing black jeans, a black top and leather jacket. “No problem.” I replied and went to pick the stuff back up, the woman helped. “By the way, I am Phoebe.” She introduced herself. “I am Sebastian. Nice to meet you.” I replied. “If I just wasn’t so stupid to run into you.” She laughed. “Could I may help you with that?” She asked, pointing at the backs. “If you want you can help me carrying them to the Avengers tower?” Her eyes widened. “Wait! Are you Sebastian like the other Supersoldier?!” I chuckled. “Jup, that would be me.” Her face got pale. “Sorry, I don’t mean to scare you.” I said, looking down. “No! No, you- you didn’t scare me. I was just shocked to run into a new member of the Avengers, that’s all.” She laughed nervously.
I paid and then Y/n helped me bringing the stuff back to the tower. “It must have been hard for you?” She asked on the way. “Kinda. But it was harder for Bucky. I am happy that they found and helped me getting out of this, of Hydra.” Y/n nodded understanding. “I am sorry for you.” She said with a sad smile. “You don’t have to be.” I responded. “I know but I still am. I can’t even imagine how hard all of this was.” After that there was silence after we reached the tower. Y/n seemed nice and I was surprised that she wasn’t scared of me. I guess she was a tough woman.
I walked into the tower but Y/n stopped nervously. “What is it?” I asked her and turned around. “I shouldn’t go inside. Just take them and maybe we see each other around.” She mumbled and gave me the bags. “Why shouldn’t you go inside?” I asked her again. “I am not an Avengers or work here. You don’t even know if you can trust me, letting me inside. What if I destroy something even if it’s my accident?” She said, tipping her hand against her leg. “First, everyone already destroyed something in the tower and you can’t destroy something important, those things are all locked away. Second, even if you should try to kill someone, we have Ironman, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow, Bucky, me… I could continue but you see where this end?” She calmed down a little and chuckled. “What if they try to kill me?” I rolled my eyes. “They are Heroes not killers.” We both started laughing. “Okay, if you say so…” She stepped inside and we went upstairs.
“Ah, Seb, you’re back. What took you so-" Bucky started but stopped as he saw me and Phoebe. “I see. Who his that pretty woman?” He asked smirked at Phoebe. She blushed in a light red. “This is Phoebe, a friend.” I shrugged and walked towards the kitchen.
 
Y/n POV:
As I heard Sebastian saying that we were friends, I looked up at him, a little confused. I hesitated but greeted Bucky. “Hi, I am Phoebe.” It was hard to even say those simple words. I often saw Bucky in the news and knew how he looked but… He looked much hotter in reality. He looked me down, then back up and smiled, what made me blush even more. “Hi. I’m Bucky. Nice to meet you. I didn’t know that Seb had friends, except of us.” He chuckled. “I didn’t know he was my friend until now either.” I said nervously and Bucky looked ag me, questioning. “I bumped into him and as an apology I helped him carrying that stuff here.” I explained. He nodded and mentioned me to follow him into the kitchen, where Sebastian, Captain America, Thor and Black Widow were waiting.
This was literally the worst idea I’ve ever had. “H- Hi.” I stuttered. This was too much for me. Meeting Sebastian and then Bucky, I could handle that, also I met the alone. Now I was in the same room with the coolest woman ever, Captain America and a fucking God! “I started breathing heavy. “H- Hello Captain, Black Widow, Thor.” I said and at the end I kneeled down, not knowing what to do. I heard everyone chuckled. “I may be a God, my Lady, but you don’t have to kneel. I am not my brother.” Thor chuckled and I stood up. “S- sorry.” I stuttered. “Don’t be so nervous and you can call me Nat.” Natasha said and walked up to me.” I smiled thankfully. “And I am Steve.” Cap said. Now I myself chuckled.
I never thought that they would be so calm and welcoming to a stranger. I know, of course, that they were kind and were helping everyone but I didn’t expect this. “Thank you, but I think, I should go now. I don’t wanna bother you.” I said with a soft smile. “You can stay for the party if you want?” Nat suggested. “I don’t know.” I said and looked down. Yea, a party with the Avengers would be more than just cool but I wasn’t sure about it. “It’ll be fun.” Sebastian said. “I would, but my boyfriend is waiting for me and he’ll be angry if I am late so, maybe another time?” I got calmer but was still nervous, what if J said something wrong? “Sure. This is my number, call me if you want.” Sebastian said and gave me a piece if paler with is phone number. I said my goodbyes and left.
Honestly, I was relieved to be out of there but also a little sad. On the other hand, I was already dead, because I was late and my boyfriend would kill me. I sighed and went home, as fast as I could.
 
Bucky POV:
I looked at Y/n as she left, my eyes never leaving her. She had something on her that took my attention, more than I wanted. “Is that what it looks like?” Seb teased me. I turned around. “What?” I asked but knew what he meant. “You like her.” Now Steve spoke. “Oh, don’t be stupid. Why should I? She’s just a normal girl and I just met her.” I said with a shrug, trying to hide it. “If you say so.” Seb replied with a smirk. “Yes, I do.” I said a little annoyed I rolled my eyes and left, heading to my room.
