Chapter 6-Sleepover

Amanda's POV

Mom was niether in lounge nor in kitchen and her room. I decided on calling her phone. I quickly took out my phone and dialed her number Her phone was ringing but she wasn't picking. I tried again and she picked up the call.

"What now Amanda?" She answered in an irritated voice.

"where are you? I called dad too but he said you weren't there in the office too" I kind of used a sharp tone.

"I am with Victoria at the mall" she replied irritatedly.

"Mom I was just worried between I wanted to.Never mind" I just wanted to lay beside mom and have mother daughter time like we used to before but now she's too busy for that.

"Why don't you join us? leah is also here" she wanted me to come.

"Wait let me see if umm" I started thinking if I had to go any other thing to do or to go anywhere but I came up with nothing.

"On my way Mom" I cut the call and drove to the central mall. 

I parked my car in the parking lot and got out of the car. My stomach growled at that moment and I ended up with nachos at a shoe shop.

"Hey everyone" I greeted them and sat beside Leah. She was trying on a pair of boots with heels and diamonds studded on them. It looked cool.

"I want this pair too" A girl brought another pair for me and I tried it on. It looked perfect and was of my size. The shopping went on and on and I and Leah ended up at Michelle's place with candies at probably 8:30.

"Pepperoni for me " Leah told her. Michelle was ordering Pizza for tonight. Alina was out with Niall and Alex was going to come after 10.

Michelle atlast put her phone down and joined us on her bed.  

"Daniels action dumbfounded me and you know Megan is now trying on your brother".

"But Den isn't intrested in her and I don't know he just asked me to hang out with him btw he's not that bad" I told her honestly and she shrugged

"Well I need to tell you all about what I was thinking but others haven't arrive yet" Michelle stated. I could feel the excitement radiating from her and my curiosity began.

"So tell us and we will tell others later" Leah was insisting her to tell us. Her condition was same as me.

"No let others come and I will tell you all about it. And for now let's watch this movie" She inserted the Dvd of first fifty dates into the Dvd player. Till 11 we were out og pizza and candies and Alex and Alina hadn't come. I totally forgot about Michelle's thoughts until she gushed them out after Alex and Alina came.

"Listen up girls, I was thinking that as we all are tired and bored of our daily routine we should go on a trip" she exclaimed and looked at all of us to see our reactions. I was more than willing to go on a trip. I needed some break from Mom and Dad and their parties. Aaden and I hadn't talked that much too as we both were busy. I agreed with a smile.

"I am with you " Alex added. I looked at others to see their reactions. Leah's face was blank and Alina was staring at Michelle like she had grown a second head. Michelle glared at her sister.

"Don't you dare say 'I want to spend time with Niall'..You are coming and that's final". She turned towards Leah ignoring the look she got from her sister.

"Look, I have just settled here and you all are asking me to come-" she started but before she could continue Michelle stopped her.

"Leah its going to be fun, now you can't back down and stay here. We all want you to come and you are one of us and without you we all will not go". She emotinally blackmailed her into this. Leah gave us a pleading look but we all shook our heads and she gave in.

"Ohk but where are we going"

"Malaysia and singapore" she replied with a grin.

"Asia" we all yelped simultaneously.

"Yes Asia..now don't you guys want to see how the world's biggest continent is?" She added and gave us a look which completely stated that she was ordering us to agree. She had a point and I even wanted to visit Asia once. We all agreed.

"First step is done, now we just have to tell our parents about it and then some formalities"

"We will set off for Malaysia on saturday" She added and I nodded in response.

"So as we are done with the movie, what should we do now?" Leah raised her eyebrow.

"Watch another one and girly stuff" Alex told her and we began with what she said. 2 or R hours later we all grew tired.

"Enough of this stuff, I am tired as hell" Alex retired and lied down on her pillow.

"I am going back to my room" Alina walked out of the room. I nodded and yawned giving them the sign that my battery was down too. Michelle shrugged and Leah turned of the light. I closed my heavy lids and relaxed.

"Amanda amanda wake up" some was shaking me. I groaned and the opened my eyes. It was Alex.

"What" I asked irritatedly.

"Come on we have a school to attend" she pushed me this time resulting in me coming back to my senses and running in the washroom with my toiletries and clothes. I took a quick hot shower and rushed out. Leah had just woke up and Alex brushing her hair.

"Where's Michelle?" I asked her and plugged in the blow dryer.

"Downstairs" I applied my lip gloss and with my belongings ran downstairs. Michelle and Alina were having their breakfast. I joined them in and by just taking an apple. 

"Where's your mum?"  

"Sleeping" Alina answered and put the bacon in het mouth.

"12 miniutes late for school" Michelle reminded us. I checked my cell. There weren't any missed calls but one message. It was from an unknown number.

'You forgot your purse in the car -D' It was sent at 9 pm yesterday. I saved his number and replied him.

'I'll take it in school'. How did he got my number?. My phone buzzed after a miniute or two.

'Don't bother, I already gave it to your Mum'.

I kept the phone back and finished the apple. Alex and Leah came together. 

"Come on we are getting late" I stood up. Leah took and apple and Alex made herself a sandwich and Michelle and Alina stood up to. We all walked towards our cars. Leah hopped in with me and Michelle and Alina took Alina's car whereas Alex took her own car. We sped off to school. When we reached the schhol, bell had already rung. Alina and Alex ran in the direction of chemistry lab where as Michelle rushed in our opposite direction towards english class. I and Leah both had maths so we half walked and half ran towards our class.
