Chapter-10 Candy

Daniel's P.O.V

After the ride we went to the theatre to watch a horror movie. It didn't gave us boys a satisfaction as we wanted to watch it at late midnight and girls..well they were just being girls. After 3 hours of pure boredom we all ended up at a Pakistani restraunt for lunch just because of that dumbheaded Michelle. We all weren't seated at a booth but at a family table.

"Hey guys here's the menu..order quickly" A young petite blonde came and give us the menu. She eyed all of us and then winked at me. I smirked at her in return and she took it as a opportunity of comming near me. I looked at others to get their reactions. Aaden was grinning while Niall was just smiling and shaking his head and then the loner who seemed like he was a lost puppy oblivious to what was happening around him. Last night moments came down rushing in my mind again which reminded me of Amanda. I looked at her and and she was utterly startled which stated that my smirk caught her by surprise. She quickly tried to cover it up by yawning and stretching. I chuckled at her.

"Tessa" the waitress who was now on my lap said. Her words made me turn my head at her and I gave her a confused look.

"The name is Tessa..What's your gummybears" she flirted.

"You already know it" I said in a husky and deep voice. By now Amanda's jaw was on the floor. She quickly turned at her friends. I could sense her nuisance.

"No I don't " she said stating a matter of fact.

"Yes you do"

"Nope" she said popping the p in it.

"Gummy bears" she was taken aback by my reply but then realization dawned on her and she laughed.

"A hot name for a candy like you" It was now Aaden's turn to fall on the floor because he was laughing hysterically at her remark. I smiled. She couldn't compare me to any thing else but candy. She wasn't the one to be blamed though. It was me who told her that I was a candy.

"Excuse me as a matter of fact we all want to order so If you're done flirting with the dickhead then please return to your job before getting fired" Leah commanded.

The chick on my lap stood up and took the order. I started rummaging towards the menu too. Nothing seemed good but a dish named Biryani so I settled with it.

"Daniel now I am replacing Daniel with candy" Aaden said and chuckled at his own sentence.

I gave Leah a glare. She faced me.

"What?" she replied irritatingly in a high pitch voice.

"Jeez girl you'll destroy my eardums" I glared at her again and the continued "You ruined my fun..why??" I said in a menacingly threatning voice. I wasn't angry or anything . just wanted to annoy her.

She shrugged " Because we had already decided what we wanted and wanted to eat that for which we need to order and for order we needed that chick to pay her attention to the job-" I cut her in between.

"Ohkay ok I get it btw someone is pms-ing" I said in a singsong voice.

"Hey candy leave them alone or you will not be able to return back home in one piece" Niall said and I grinned at the nickname he had given.

"Dan- Candy you are our new member of the team and this time all the attention would be on you so be prepared for the upcoming match" Aaden told me and his face was dead serious.

"kay man but what about tonight"

"umm..Don't have any idea" He turned towards girls for plans but I stopped him.

"Don't ask them now" I said in a hushed voice so they couldn't hear me and he nodded.

"How about a pub?" Chace said fist time intervening in the convo.
