Skye and Jade woke up around 10:00 a.m. and decided to run some errands. Jade needed to go grocery shopping and Skye tagged along. The girls then decided to get facials then lunch for a girls day out.
"I needed that facial." I said as I sighed, recording myself in the passenger seat while Jade drove. "Ugh, girl me too and my man comes home today so you know I gotta go see him." She said laughing while driving. "I know that's right, I'm so happy for you girl. He really likes you." I said smiling over at her.
"You think so?" She asked looking over at me blushing. "Girl, yes. He's been calling you babe for a little while now." I said as I reposted my friend's picture to my story, hyping her up.
"I'm excited. I think I'm gonna be a girlfriend tonight!" She said smiling, "Is Drake gonna be back?" She asked.
"Not until late, he told me this morning that they pushed the flight back so him and Lil Baby can hit the studio together." I said sighing. She pouted, "Awww, I feel bad. I don't want you by yourself.. I'll just see him anoth-"
I cut Jade off, "No girl, go. I will be okay and honestly, I could use the alone time. I might catch up on some sleep or some content for my channel. I know my emails are backed up." I said groaning thinking about all of the work I have to do when I get home.
"Aw okay babe, he doesn't stay far from me so if you need me.. I'll be close." She said smiling. "Okay mom!" I said laughing.
She laughed and turned up the radio as Summer Walker's 'Over It' played. Jade and I began singing our hearts out like we really just got our hearts broken.
I looked down at my phone to see I had a text from Tyler. I smiled while reading his message. "I guess I do have plans after all.." I said turning down the radio. "With who?" Jade asked looking over at me.
Tyler just asked if I was free for dinner and a movie tonight. He said he leaves tomorrow evening and he wanted to take me out before he left." I said as I read his message, smiling. "Awwww, he's too sweet and he's trying." Jade said looking over at me.
I bit my lip, smiling. "I'm gonna go.. I mean he lives in Dallas, I don't know when I'll see him again, if ever." I said as I began typing.
Me: Of course, what time should I be ready?
Tyler: 8pm. Can't wait to see you.
I held my chest with a pout after reading his message. "He just said 'can't wait to see you'"
