Chapter. 2

2017

The recording days today were extremely tiring. The fact that I needed to go with Meryem's cast to an event tonight put me in a bad mood. I just wanted to lie down, read a book or watch a movie. Still I decided to go. After hours at the party I noticed a guy looking at me a few times. It was Alp Navruz. I had seen him in some places and on tv too. He looked shy and discreet and for some reason I found myself looking at him a few times too. Towards the end of the night he came to us with his manager. As he approached our eyes met and for a few seconds I didn't see anything else. He noticed and stirred and came to me. A hug and two kisses. It felt good and unknown. We talked for a few minutes and after the party we never met again

2021

After shooting the series I intended to rest and take a few months off, but my manager came up with a new proposal for a summer series with a mix of drama and romantic comedy. I've always wanted to try something new in my work as I've been doing drama for years.

I knew the series would be recorded in Izmir but at first I thought about not accepting it. I asked who the protagonist would be and they told me they were in negotiations. I decided to take the risk and then I was told that my partner would be Alp Navruz and that we would have a meeting in a few days to read the script and for inexplicable reasons I was nervous to see him again.

While waiting for everyone to arrive, I grabbed my book, a coffee and sat under a tree. The day was hot and this place seemed perfect to relax. The romance book made me laugh between the lines and I couldn't control myself. I noticed a shadow a few steps ahead, I looked up and it was him, Alp. An involuntary smile formed on my lips and he smiled back. We greeted each other and he said "it's still the same". I didn't understand but I ignored it.

All day long he made me laugh. The entire cast was friendly and funny. Alp was known as a cool and distant person just like me, and he is actually a funny person who smiles all the time. There was a connection there, he knew it and I knew it. This new journey would bring big surprises and suddenly I could see him in all scenarios I imagined for my future.

Later someone came to record and video of us following each other and he said:

- I followed once.

- Really? When? I didn't see.

- In 2017 after that party.

- Oh my God. Sorry. Im very distant from social media and that time I used to spend days without seeing my instagram.

- It's ok.

- By the way. I would have followed you If I knew. Im just to shy to follow first.

He laughed just like me and it felt like no words were needed.
