Winter POV
Fuck I hate the smell of hospital.I stare at the white ceiling as my mom come in my room to give me some food.Actually I'm starving like shit.
"Finally mom"I get up as she prepared the food.
"Sorry Minjeongie....the canteen is full of people...I have to wait"said my mom and start to feed me like a baby.
"It is okay mom...but you don't have to feed me...I am big enough to eat by myself"I said while she chuckles.
"Hey...look at your arm...it still not recover yet...just let me feed you"
"But I still have one arm that can be use"I fight but my mom didn't give a fuck with that.If it is only because I am starving,I will not let my mom feed me.It is so embarrasing.
"Mom..."I whisper but loud enough for her to hear it.
"Yes my dear?"
"I...I am so sorry for everything...I should be more alert and responsible...sorry for troubling you and daddy...sorry because I didn't do good enough..."
She put my food on the table and hug me.
"Oh my dear daughter...why did you said that??you did good enough Minjeong...more than enough for us and mostly Karina...she'll will be so proud of you!"
I look at my mom as she carressing my cheek.A warm smile she show me make all my insecurities faded.
"Thank you mommy...I love you"I hug her as she pat my head.
"I love you more my dear"
Suddenly we heard someone knock on the door as my mom went to open it.
"Mr.Yoo?"I said suprisingly when I saw him with a flower on his hand.
"Hi Winter....how are you?"he asked me with a cool smile pasted on his face.
"I'm fine and getting better sir"
"Ah ha...what did I told you...call me dad!you forgot all the things kid!!"he said jokingly as I grined shyly.
"So you're Karina's father...I'm Mrs.Kim...Winter's mother"my mom hold out her hand as Karina's dad shake her hand.
"Yes I am....nice to meet you"
"Actually I have something to give Winter...personally"he pointed out his reason for coming here.
I signal my mom to leave both of us alone as she make a move.
"Please have a seat dad"
He nodded and sit next to me.He took something from his pocket and give it to me as I furiously confuse.
"It is from Karina...she totally told me 100 times to come see you as fast as I can hahaha....I think she wrote something very important for you"
He stop for a second and smile.
"My daughter would never love anyone like she did for you dear....take care of her carefully...and love her with all of your heart"
"I will dad...and I am so sorry for dissapointing you....I should be there for her but instead...I leave her behind like a loser-"
"Hey hey...don't say that...it is not your fault...I understand...all of us understand"
He pat my shoulder and get up from his sit.
"I will go now...I need to stop by at my work place...will see you soon dear...get well soon"
"Thank you dad...see you"
He smiled for the last time and get out from the room.
I look at the piece of paper in my hand as I open it.
"Dear my Winter...
I miss you....I miss your hair,touch,smile,stupidity and chaos hehe...I miss everything about you...I wish I could visit you at this moment but...I can't...it is very hard for me to stay far away from you...promise me when you get better...bring on the most expensive date you ever been...make me the most happiest woman ever...I will wait for you though it feels like forever...I love you Winter...like I always and forever will be"
