Hikaru: has a team of professionals Set it up
Tusbaki: he has Azusa set it up as he keeps you busy
Azusa: calls in a favor and asks tsubaki to set up but also gets natsyme to help
Natsume: he gets the twins to set up and Subaru to watch the cats
Louis: has a friend from work help and Hikaru while he helps you get ready
Subaru: he gets his entire team in on it and they have a blast seting it up
