Jace was currently walking around Neksdor trying to comprehend what happened in Greenhorne
"How could she choose him over me!" He says pouting walking in circles, he decided to go the coffee shop that Gene works at to get a bag of Art Cookies. He walks into the shop to the smell of fresh made coffee
"Wassup bro!" Gene greets his bestfriend
"Sup.." Jace says putting his arms on the counter and resting his head
"The usual ri- What happened? Why the long face" Gene asks grabbing a coffee cup
"The Princess rejected me.." Jace sighs
Gene snapped his finger causing a bag of art cookies and a fresh cup of coffee to appear, He then grabs the bag and the coffee.
"You're going to tell me what happened when we get to you castle" He says picking up Jace and floating to his castle

~Short Time Skip because I don't know what to write~

"Hey, Jace. Since when did you have a child?" Gene asks
"I never had one" Jace says with a hint of confusion in his voice. He then looks up to see a infant baby inside a basket sleeping peacefully
"Where did this come from" He questions as Gene picks up the child
"I don't know but we're bring it inside!" Gene says floating into the castle, Jace follows behind him closing his door
"Also, ya better get comfy theres a sandstorm happening soon" He says as he places the basket down on the couch
"I thought we never had those anymore" Jace says eating a cookie, sitting down right next to the basket
"I though so too but around 200 years ago lots of intense sands storms were very common back then, sometimes most of them were so strong that people had to leave the town because of the destruction it caused" Gene explains
"Oh" Jace says, he grabs the baby and observes it for a while until he realized Gene was smiling at him
"Why are you smiling?" He questions
"Ohh, I dunno" Gene says lying
"You wanna name her/him don't you?" Jace ask, Gene nods. Jace sighs and gives him the baby
"Don't you dare think about giving Him/her a weird name" He says
"How about we name him/her, (Name)?" Gene says
"That's actually a pretty good name, I'm surprised you didn't give her a weird name" Jace says agreeing with Gene
"Well naming people is my specialty!" Gene smugly says
"Mhm sure" Jace says turning on the TV
"Well let's get comfortable, it's gonna be a long storm" Gene says
•Trying to get you to sleep
You never bothered his sleep(I bet you 5 bucks that he would but those sleeping Advil pills in warm milk)
•Saying your first word
When you turned one he took no chance and intimately tried to get you to talk
"Say Dada" Jace says trying to get you to talk, you didn't say anything but you gesture Gene to pick you up, He picks you and smugly smiles at Jace
"Say uncle" Gene says
"U-Un-c-l" You say trying to pronounce the word
"GENE WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO MY CHILD" Jace yells
"I did nothing" Gene says quietly chuckling
"If you did something to child, I WILL get the Great Sage to put you back into that lamp" Jace threatens crossing his arms
