Life Got A Bit Brighter

5 Years Later

 the house was a mess the rooms are littered with toys on the ground and your old room was changed, it had to be a pink room and furnished for two people to stay in. the sound of footsteps echoed in the halls and two girls run to the kitchen for lunch. in the kitchen were two women cooking food the girls sat at the table eager for lunch 

"food food," cheered the little with perky god ears 

"be patient nee-san," the other girls said who had floppy ears 

"ara ara are you girts hungry," the woman said who also had perky dog ears she smiled while cooking lunch with her sister much like the other girl had floppy ears 

after ten minutes of waiting lunch was served, it was beef stew and the girls ate with their moms 

"mommy when is daddy coming home," the little girls with perky ears asked 

"he'll be coming home soon," atago said and she picked up her daughter 

"i want to show you something," atago said 

takao picked her daughter and they walked to the storage room that had boxes cluttering up the place 

"mommy what's in here," the girls with floppy ears asked 

"in here is all of your dad's old stuff, nee-sans we showing it to them," takao asked 

"I think its time," atago said she her daughter down and pulled out a case and a box, opening it contained an axe designed electric guitar and an amp in the box 

"this takomi is a guitar this once was your grandmas," takao said to her daughter 

"what was grandma like and how come I never seen her," aki asked her mom 

"that's because aki she passed away before you were born," atago explained 

the girls touched the guitar and a sound was made it scared the girls, but they touched it again a new sound was played. the girls start messing around with the guitar. their mothers just watched them play with it 

"i wonder if he was also like this when he found first touched a guitar," takao said to her sister 

"hmmm maybe he was like them," atago said she smiled 

they created noises with the guitar it didn't sound good but they were having fun, they didn't hear a car pull up. the sounds muffled the sound of the door being opened 

"atago, takao, kids?," the man called out he was in his early 30's and had a long hair and scuff facial hair, he hears something her hadn't heard in a long time a tear falls from his eye "that sound," he peeks in the room and see his daughters playing his mom's guitar they notice him 

"daddy," they both said rushing towards him and hug him 

"hello my sweat peas," you said pick them up 

"daddy what was grandma like," aki asked 

a smile crept on your face 

"well i tell what my mom was like," 

you sit down and tell them your story of your mom and even further how your life got a bit brighter
