After Salem is defeated, she soon returns, but is in need of a vessel. So, she turns to a pure hearted maiden, the same one who defeated her in the first place.
Bendy raced through the town, trying to find the person. He then heard a crash, and ran towards it. When he arrived, he said, "STOP RIGHT TH-........ Ruby?" Salem turned around, and showed her face. "Hello, Bendy." "Salem, what did you do to Ruby!!" "She is now under my control. Yes, I have not taken full control yet, but it won't be long." Bendy then unleashed a homing attack, and hit Salem back. Salem then unleashed a fury of fire, and Bendy dodged. He then used a spin-dash to knock Salem over. Bendy was then restrained, and Salem said, "Any last words?" "You can't win. These are the same people who defeated you once, and we can do it again." Salem then charged forward, and Bendy prepared for the blow........ but it never came. He opened to see Salem stopped just an inch away from his chest. "Bendy," said Salem, only in a familiar voice, "help me." "Ruby?" "I can't hold her back for long. Knock me out!" "I.....I..... I can't! You're family!!" " I DON'T CARE, KNOCK ME OUT, FAST!!!" Just then, a fist came, and hit Ruby into a wall, knocking her out cold, and releasing Bendy. "I'm sorry Ruby," said Silhouette, "Bendy what is going on? Was that..... Salem?" "Yes, but she's possessing Ruby." "How can we save her?" "Well, perhaps the Chaos Emeralds can help." "We have them in a vault in the CIA headquarters."
So, Ruby was transported, and restrain in a similar way Cinder currently is. Bendy then called the team all together. "What is it Bendy?" asked a tired out Steve, "This had better be good." "We have an old enemy that has returned to seek revenge on us," said Bendy. "So?" asked Boris, "Bart always comes back with revenge." "It's not Bart," said Bendy, "It's Salem." Everyone froze at that statement. "S-S-Salem?" asked Casper, "But we kicked her butt already!!" "How is she even back?" asked Alice. "She........" Bendy sighed, "She's possessing Ruby." "What?!?!" they all exclaimed. "It's true," said Silhouette, "I didn't want to believe it, but, it was Salem, in Ruby's body." "Well, what the hell do we do?" asked Becky. "We get some friends."
Ruby awoke, and saw she was restrained with chains, and a collar. "Ruby?" asked a voice. Ruby looked up, and said, "Bendy. Boris, Alice, Alex, Steve, guys, you're all here." "Ruby, you remember us?" asked Kathy. "Yes, in fact, I don't feel Salem in me anymore!" It did look like it. Ruby's face was her normal color, she had her silver eyes, crimson hair, black combat skirt, and red hooded cape. "I think she's gone! Thank you Silhouette for the punch by the way. Now, do you think you can let me go?" "I don't know Rubes," said Bendy, "I don't believe it." "Correct," said Gamma, "Reveal your true colors." "What do you mean? These are my true colors." "You are not Comrade Ruby Rose. Ruby Rose does not have traces of Grimm in her brain waves." "Gamma," said Ruby, as a black mist covered her, and transformed her back to her Salem altar, "You are too good for the team." "Daleks are supreme, but we are all equals here." "It seems that I can't hide the fact that I want to kill you all from this..... freak of nature." "Why? Why are you doing this? I thought you were at peace" said Alice. "Why? My human side did, but my Grimm side, did not! We were split into two halves. And I escaped. I sought a pure hearted maiden to be reborn, and this child was the first one that came to mind. So, I came when she was most vulnerable: in her sleep." The Dream Team then headed out, and locked the door.
Soon, WBY, JNPR, Penny, Winter, Qrow, and Tai were in the room, and they all told her what they had seen. "If that bitch doesn't get out of my sister now, I'll-" "YANG!!" said Bendy, "That maybe Salem talking, but it's still Ruby's body you'll be hurting!!" Yang then stopped, and said, "Oh my god, I...... I was just thinking about......" Tai hugged her, and said, "It's okay Yang, I will do everything to help in anyway I can." "Well," said Silhouette, "I have something that might help." He then pressed a button, and revealed the 7 Chaos Emeralds.
