What you will need is a bowl, salt, water, and a tree. Now go outside and sit by a tree. pour the water in the bowl then the salt (as much salt as you want. The more salt the more rain fall). So now you're supposed to chant: Here is where the rain has its birth. Give me the same control of mother earth. Let it pour with rein until the salt dissolves. Rain from far or near rain to cover all.
Then go inside don't come back outside
NOTE: Last time I tries this a tornado came towards my city and knocked over my neighbors basketball hoop. Be wise when deciding the salt amount.
