Step 1) Visualize yourself at the bottom of a staircase. Each step that you take on it, symbolizes a symptom of shifting or a small feeling like tingles. As you go up, the changes should grow in intenseness like your subconsciousness trying to leave your body.

Step 2) Once you get to the top of the staircase, turn around and walk back down as you think about the results and changes.

Step 3) Once you have reached the bottom of the stairs, say, "Thank you". Feel gratitude. And then open your eyes.
