~I can't find the original post for this method on this shifting amino because this is one of the basic shifting methods that have been passed down a lot. But I remember that the person who made this was named Sunni. This method is very short and easy.~

Step 1) Close your eyes and feel like you are in your DR. Do this by imagining it yourself. You can visualize it, if you want to, but also feel like you are actually there!

Step 2) Visualize, imagine, and feel a scene from your DR that you want to happen. Imagine a short-seconded physical-emotional scene from your DR that will start to make you feel happy emotions from your heart.

Example(s): ~Your DR character patting your hair

~You hugging your DR character

~Washing your hands in your DR-room sink

~Kissing your DR character's cheek

~Walking in the hallway to your DR school

~Brushing your hair

~Feeling the sheets, blankets, and your pillow from your DR bed

It can be any random physical scene from your DR that makes you happy, like eating ice cream or something else that is completely normal to do. Just make up a DR scene that you desire to do, that really sparks up your heartfelt emotions in it! Because using your emotion in it, is the absolute key to use as fuel to get you to your DR. Feel it. You can also visualize it as well.

Just don't imagine a long scene from your DR because you will forget it halfway through. It is better to imagine and feel a short scene from your DR so that you quickly remember what it is that you will be doing there soon.

Step 3) Now that you have picked out your DR scene that you want to use. As you are laying down in bed, keep on imagining your quick DR scene over and over again in your mind! Keep on repeating your DR scene in your head, until you fall asleep.

Also if you want to..you can keep visualizing it (if you chose to visualize it). Keep on imagining the physical and emotional feeling that you are there in your DR.

Really focus on your emotions of it! Your visuals! The feeling you feel! If you want to add it in, you can also repeat shifting affirmations to yourself during this method. Etc.

You may feel shifting symptoms during this or not (like feeling your heart beat very fast).

Step 4) After a while of you repeating your DR scene to yourself many times, you should then naturally wake up in your DR.
