"What, I'm doing here? Who brought me here?" Vrishaketu asked Arjuna with a shocked expression.

"We found you in a bad condition near the jungle. You had a scratch of a knife with a dangerous poison which was stolen from the chambers of uncle Shakuni." Arjun said straightforwardly.

"Ok, thank you, Prince Arjun, for saving my life. Now, I'll take my leave from the palace." Vrishaketu said as he tried to get up.

"You will be living with the royal family from the very moment. It's the order of, Emperor." Arjuna again said strictly.

"And who are you and your brother to give me any order?" Vrishaketu shouted in anger.

"Because-"

Arjuna stammered and couldn't complete the sentence as he got lost in the bitter memories of the rivalry which he had with his eldest brother.

"What because?" Vrishaketu asked while raising his eyebrows.

"Because we are your family. Your father was our elder brother." Yudhishthira said as he and the other three Pāndava brothers came with Kunti, Draupadi and Subhadra to enter the chambers where Vrishaketu was resting.

"No! This can't be the truth." Vrishaketu interrupted with a shocked look on his face.

"No, Putra, we are speaking the truth only," Kunti said and explained to Vrishaketu about her deepest secret.

Vrishaketu became silent as he thought about his father. But suddenly he heard some voice which he had listened to before.

"Putra Vrishaketu, the queen-mother, is saying the truth. Accept them as your family. It's a humble and last wish of your father and remembers my voice is only audible to you."

Vrishaketu had tears in his eyes. He couldn't deny his father's wish but at the same time, he can't accept his father's killers all of the sudden.

"Putra, please speak up your thoughts." Arjuna broke the thoughts of his newly found nephew.

The statement of Arjuna brought Vrishaketu to the real world again. He, without thinking for a second, said," it will take some time for me to accept you all like my new family."

"And we accept your decision Putra," Yudhishthira said and the four brothers nodded positively.

"I want a private talk with Vrishaketu." Shri Krishna said as he entered the chambers with his bright smile.

"Sure, Madhusudhan! You can. We should take our leave now. Putra, take rest." Arjuna said and all the members of Kuru's left leaving Vrishaketu and the Lord's of the Three World's alone in the chambers.

"Why do you want to talk with me?" Vrishaketu asked with some fear.

"Don't fear me, Putra. I'm here to just tell you to accept Pāndavas as your new family." Shri Krishna asserted to him as he ruffled the young teen hairs.

"But why?" Vrishaketu asked with a questioning gaze.

"Because it's your father's wish. Pāndavas didn't know about Jyeshta Karna. Your father knew about the result of the war. He wants you to accept Pandavas as your new family. Try to erase your pain from your heart. Try to think in other ways. Try to think that you can bring a change in our society that no one else suffers like your father. Though he was a student of Dronacharya and Lord Parashurama yet he suffered from curses due to ignorance. Putra, remember one thing, that you are, The Last Descendant of your Father." Shri Krishna explained Vrishaketu looked thoughtful and more clear about his thoughts.

"Today, I'm taking a pledge that I'll try my best to make Pāndavas as my new family, Prabhu," Vrishaketu declared with a smile.
