You were still shocked by his words. But You were releived because even if he was your stepbrother he would've been much smaller than you. You checked him and told him "You are completely fine sir.. You are very fit". He stood up from his place and told " Oh. That's nice. Thank you fot your service." You gave him a warm smile. Out of nowhere he took your hand and pecked a kiss on it "It was a pleasure meeting you. What's your name beauty?" You was surprised by his actions. You wanted to shout at him for kissing your hand but what will the other patients think of you if you do so? So you forced a smile on your face and said "I am Y/n." You decided not to tell him your surname. "What's your age sir?" You asked him to confirm everything once more. "Im 25. Why?" You were releived as you heard him say that. "I simply asked. Well you're one year younger than me" You fake a laugh. "Who cares about it? Well would you mind if I ask you.. Are you single?" You didn't knew if you should answer him more or just send him off. But as you thought it's appropriate you said "Yes I am".

Jungkook was paused for a moment. "Did I say something wrong?" You asked confusingly. "No no.. It's just that a beautiful young lady like you is still single?.. How come? Hm.. If you don't mind.. Would you like to da-" You knew it would give too far if he kept asking like this so you cut him off and said "I have an appointment sir.. If there's nothing more you can leave" You left him without having another word.
"I just wanted to ask you for a date" He said to himself..

It was another exhausting day for you. You got off work at 8:00.. A bit more early. Tina said she would go hone today as her mother was not feeling well. So even if you go home now you would be all alone. So you just went into the park. The breeze there was cool. You sat on the bench there looking up onto the sky filled with stars. It was a dark night. But the million stars that glowed in the dark sky made the night more brighter. You come here almost everynight when you get off early from work.

You clearly don't understand why but this park reminds you of your mom and her memories. You sat on the bench. Your eyes welled with water. You tried hard not to but tears started rolling down your eyes and you could no more keep it silent. You started crying loudly like a helpless child who got lost.

That's when you felt a warm hand on your shoulders. You vision was blurry because of the tears. You couldn't properly see who it was. Whoever it was the person offered you a tissue and sat next to you. You wiped off your tears. And when your vision was not blurry anymore you recognised that it was Jungkook!

You almost jumped out of your seat. "Why what happened?" He was shocked by your reaction. "Well.. Him.. Im sorry.. I was shocked to see you here. I didn't mean to do it." Your words were all breaking due to the hiccups you got after crying so much. "Why are you sitting here alone and crying? Did something happen? Did someone bully you? Should I teach him a lesson?" He was questioning you continuously not letting you answer. "Mm.. Can I say something?" You asked him. "Oh.. Yea.. Im sorry.." He said scratching the back if his neck. "Im sorry for making you worry... It's nothing. I just cry here whenever I feel. It's not something bad." "Oh.. Why would you cry without a reason?" He asked confusingly. "Well why do you even care.. I don't want to give someone else my burden" You didn't like anybody asking you about your mother. If you wasn't in such a condition you would've probably shouted at him. "Oh.. It's like that.. Okay.. As you wish. Well.. Why are you sitting here?. Won't your family be worried?" Hearing his words you really wanted to cry.. But you controlled your tears and said "Im not a child anymore. And I don't even know where my family is right now. Well I would say I never had one." Jungkook was sympathised by that. He whispered in your ears "Im there for you" His breathing was hot and it made you have chills go down your spine. No one has talked so close to you before except your mom and Tina. You quickly moved aside from him hoping him not to get anymore closer.

Realising you didn't like how he responded he quickly changed the topic "Did you have dinner?" "No" You replied hesitantly. "That's nice why don't we go to a restaurant together?" You didn't know what to to say.. You were really hungry and if you wait to go home and make dinner it would be too late. "Ok then.." "Aha let's go" You could understand by his facial expression that he was too happy. You don't know why but that bought a small smile to your face.

He took you to a famous expensive restaurant. You were amazed by it's decorations.

He took you to the top floor where only a few couples was seen and was meant only for VIP guests.

It seemed as it was for couples. He lead your way to the seat. He sat opposite you. "So did you like it?" He asked shyly. You couldn't deny the fact that it was awesome. You nodded your head. "Nice to hear that" he smiled saying that. I looked at the menu and found everything was too expensive. "Order whatever you want. Your treat is on me. " You really couldn't understand why he was doing this. "Why are you doing this? Why are you spending money on me? What's your need to do this?" You had too many questions in your head to ask him. "Well I always treat beautiful ladies. It gives me pleasure" He said winking. You though in mind *Oh so he does this to all🤦🏻‍♀* You two ordered what you want and started eating. "Hm.. Y/n.. Would you like to.. Umm.. Would you like to date me?" You almost spitted out your food by hearing his question. "Wh-what?" "Compared to all other ladies I have seen you are special.. I don't know why but I feel a special attention towards you.. So can I be your boyfriend?"
