Back to your hometown

Next day....

You dressed up well and got off.. Back to your hometown not knowing what's waiting for you.

Your journey was quite long because you had moved a lot far from your house. As you got close to your hometown you could feel the soft breeze blowing. You could feel your mom's presence as you got more close to your town. You felt quite refreshing driving through the river.

You went to all your old friends' house. They all were really happy To see you. It should be mentioned that they didn't even talk about your mom or what happened 10 years ago. They exactly knew how much it would hurt you.

You planned to go to your house. You didn't knew if your dad would still be there.

You drove home. But what you saw was that your house and gates were closed up. "They must have moved somewhere. But it seems it's not too long since they moved, as the house does not seem dusty from outside." You told yourself. "What are you doing here?" You turned back by hearing a familiar voice. You were startled to see Jungkook standing in front of you. "This is what I should ask you.. What are you doing here?" You asked him back. "Well this is my hometown can't I come here?" He narrowed his eyebrows and asked you. "Your hometown?... Well mine too.." You were really surprised by his answer. "Woho so we're fated to be together in all way" He started laughing saying that. "Why they heck am I talking to you?.. Im going. You continue your job." You hadn't forgot what happened the other day.

He followed you to the car and stood in front of the door before you could open it. "I am really sorry Y/N for acting like that yesterday. I understand my mistake. Please forgive me?" He asked you with his puppy eyes. "Ahh don't look at me like that. I forgave you.. " "Aha thank you Y/N. So can we be friends?" He asked bringing his hand for a shake hand. You thought for a moment and shaked hand with him "Sure but only friends." "yeah sure" He told giving you a warm smile.

You two together rode through the whole town. It was fun. It was almost night now and you two stopped by the river to get some air. You two sat down near the shore. The atmosphere was silent for some minutes except the sound of the cool breeze and the river water. Jungkook then broke off the silence "I have never seen you around. Is this really your hometown?" You looked at him with a smile and told "Yes this is. But I moved away when I was 16. Maybe you moved in after that." Jungkook patted your shoulder and said "Yea I moved in When I was 15!" He had hit you hard that it was very painful. "It's ok, why do you have to beat me"
"Ahh I'm sorry.." He said scrubbing thr back of his neck.

After some minutes of silence you spoke off "My mother used to bring me here whenever I felt sad. We would silently for a long time and suddenly I would hug her. Then she would say don't worry my babydoll. I am always here for you. Just cry as much as you want. And then we will go back. I will make your favourit snack when we get home. I would then ask her to promise me that she will stay with me forever and she would say I will ve there with you always. Promise. But who thought she would break her promise?. " Jungkook noticed the faint in your smile. He took your hand that was placed between you and him and told "Don't be sad Y/N. I exactly know how it feels to lose someone important. I also lose my father when I was young." You could see his sadness in his eyes. "I am really hungry. Let's go have something" You knew the atmosphere would become sad if it continues on so you asked him to dinner.

You two went to the near café and had dinner. You two were walking back to the car. "I have to go back now. It would be an embarrassment If I get to the clinic late tomorrow. Despite Jimin giving me a day off." Jungkook paused for a moment and asked "Who is this mew character?" You turned to him and told "You mean Jimin? He is my new assistant doctor. He told me to take a leave. So I decided to come here. " "Are you two Close?" He asked raising his eyebrows. "He just joined yesterday. We didn't get much time to be close." You replied. "Well that's nice."

You went back home. Took your mom's photo. "Mom I went back to our town today. It was real fun. I enjoyed a lot with Jungkook." You hugged her frame and slept.
