Angell stepped in, immediately smelling alcohol everywhere. She grimaced, shaking her head. She looked to Val, shrugging. “See you around?” She questioned. Val nodded slowly. “I’ll get you when we need to leave.” He whispered to her. “Alright.” She whispered back, walking off. She immediately walked up to a crowd, taking a drink from a servant handing  them out. “Your late.” Ana squeeled at Angell. Angell ignored, taking a sip. “Blood?” She raised a brow. “Yes!” Ana screamed, happily. Angell rolled her eyes, immediately downing the blood. Her eyes flashed a blue, feeling herself get a bit stronger. Ana giggled, dancing with a death dealer from another coven. Angell looked. “Idiots.” She murmured, leaning her back against the bar. Her dress lifted slightly, Angell immediately pushing it back down. Her left leg over her right leg. She looked around, leaving her lips on the rim of the cup. She spotted a servant who had blood, ordering for him to come over. She let the cup out, the servant filling it for her. She nodded as a thank you, moving it to her lips. She parted them slowly, feeling the blood drizzle down her lip. She rolled her eyes, using her tongue to clean it off. She carried on taking a few sips. Before too long she was watching people dance in the middle of the room, including Ana. She smiled at how happy Ana was.

She looked around, spotting Val. She got off the table, walking over to him. She walked with a straight back, her pale skin showing on her back. “Cheers.” She motioned as a servant gave her another cup. She motioned for Val to drink it, watching him grab it. “Not yet! I wanna record.” She smiled. “Okay..?” He rolled his eyes, going to sniff it. “No, you weirdo.” She laughed. He gave her a confused look whilst she got a camera out, turning it on and pressing the record button. “Drink it.” She held back a giggle, watching him drink it. She saw his reaction, watching him spit it out. “What the fuck-” He moved his hand to his mouth, rubbing it. She laughed, pulling the camera down and turning it off. He stared at her, not impressed. “This party sucks. Like you.” He groaned. She calmed herself down. “Hellhounds have better parties.” He shrugged, nodding with his answer. “No. You are just boring. Go dance with a girl. Or a boy if your into them.” She shrugged. “I’m not dancing with a vampire.” He rolled his eyes. “Tough.” She smirked, using her free hand to grab his forearm. She pulled him, having some strength. She moved him over to a random vampire. “Hello.” Angell had a sweet tone with the vampire. Val rolled his eyes. “He needs a partner to dance with, mind doing it for him?” She asked with a charming tone. The vampire nodded, walking off with Val.

She walked off, still having view of Ana and Val, watching them incase Lycans caused a fight. She leaned the lower half of her body against the bar, her elbows keeping her up for balance. Her eyes darted to the entrance, hearing a loud thud. She sighed, seeing a large man, figuring it was a Lycan. She tilted her head backwards slightly, taking a sip of the blood. She watched Ana throw her hands in the air, clearly enjoying herself. She chuckled, rolling her eyes. “Why don’t you join in?” A vampire appeared beside her, almost scaring Angell. She looked, not recognising the man. “I’m not known for dancing.” She shrugged. The man looked her up and down before focusing on her eyes. “Have you seen how you look? You certainly look like you are.” He chuckled. “Mm, you are a new one.” She looked to the vampire. “How’d you find out?” He raised a brow. “I’m Angell. Viktors right hand man from when the Lycans were first discovered. Also, because you clearly haven’t been told we’re funded.” She smiled. “Oh..pleasure to meet you. Was it true the Lycans won.. in that war?” He questioned. She looked to him. “Yes.” She simply responded, moving her left leg over her right. “I’m Haro.” He murmured. “Nice to meet you.” She looked to Val, spotting how he was. “You hang out with that guy? He seems like a Lycan?” He whispered to her. She chuckled. “No such thing. He’s an idiot and a terrible dancer..” She murmured.

She watched Val and the vampire dance for a bit longer, letting out a sigh. “Excuse me, Haro.” She muttered, Haro nodding. She walked over, watching Val walk away from the vampire. She walked to him, giving him an irritated look. “Come on, do you wanna head back?” She asked. “Yes.. please..” He had a slightly desperate tone, Angell chuckling. She turned around, waving to Haro. “Your a baby.” She cooed at Val as she walked to the entrance. “Apparently, there’s a hellhound party going on.” His eyebrows raised, looking to her. “Now?” She questioned. “No.” He rolled his eyes. “Obviously.” He scoffed, looking at her outfit. “What.” She murmured. “Nothing.” He smirked. “Alright..” She sighed. “I’m sorry about what happened with Viktor and you.” She muttered. “It’s fine.” He sighed, quickening his pace. “I’m gonna change when I get there, you can wait, if you like, you can change too. If you want.” He shrugged, moving into a slight jog. “Can you wait? I’m wearing heels, you mong!” She shouted with a laugh. Val laughed slightly, slowing down. She walked over, sighing. “Thank you.” She folded her arms, slowing to a stop when they got outside the manor. She looked to Val, watching him walk in.

She watched the sky, her eyes darting to each star. She got distracted by them. She felt Val tap her shoulder. “Oh.” She looked. “Alright, let's go.” He whispered, walking. She followed after him. Her hands moved to her sides, gripping her dress to adjust it. “Only hellhounds?” She looked to him. He looked at her. “I mean. You count, don’t you?” He raised a brow. “I assume. I looked into it. Apparently, a scratch can turn a human as well.” She sighed. “You ain’t a human.” He chuckled. “It was the book, not me. It also said, not a lot of people survive it. Obviously.” She shrugged. “Your more vampire than hellhound. You definitely are affected by sunlight. Your body hurt or something when the sun hit you. I don’t know if you don’t like dog whistles.” He sighed. She rolled her eyes, looking down at her heels. “If they come at me, I’m going to fight back.” She murmured, slight irration in her tone. “I know.” He rolled his eyes, arriving.

The two walked in, Angell stepping in after him. She looked around, noticing how they looked like cowboys and cowgirls and square dance music. She shook her head, noticing how different she look. “Why didn’t you tell me to change?” She squeeled, looking at Val with an annoyed look who was smiling. “Because I wanted you to make a fool of yourself.” He laughed. “Come with me, I’ll dance with you.” He let his hand out for Angell. She reluctantly grabbed onto him, immediately waiting for him to help her. “Can I go and change, I feel weird dressing fancy..” She murmured to him, Val rolling his eyes. “Just follow what I’m doing.” He danced with the music, Angell copying him but a bit badder. “Alright, try and copy it precisely.” He chuckled, watching Angell try her best. “We swap in a few moments.” He muttered to her. She immediately looked around. “No, I’m not doing that you idiot.” She whisper shouted. “Tough.” He chuckled back, letting someone else dance with her whilst he went to another person. She let out a slight laugh, starting to enjoy herself. She felt the person twirl her, gasping then quickly laughing along with the person. She looked around, spotting Val near by. She rolled her eyes looking back to the person. She smiled a bit, pulling away from the other person and going to a different one. She danced with then for a bit before switching again.

She heard someone yell Val’s name, stopping. She pushed the person backwards slightly. “Sorry..” She murmured, watching as the person backed up. She was pulled out of the way slightly. She yanked back, staying where she was. She spotted Darios, before noticing Val walk past her. “Duty calls..” He sighed, walking over to Darios. She stood in the middle of the room, seeing Darios hit the back of Val’s head. “Excuse me..” She muttered, waiting slightly before following afterwards.

She looked down at the dress, sighing. She turned a corner, looking at Darios and Val as they walked. She looked at the roof of the building, taking a few metres back. She ran at the wall, jumping onto the wall. She gripped the wall tightly, climbing onto the roof. She let out a slight grunt, moving over the roof to find Val and Darios. She noticed it was night now, looking up at the sky then back at the two. She followed them along on the roof, her eyes focused on them. She stopped slowly, listening to them talk.

“You’ve been hired to kill someone.” Darios looked to Val. “Who?” Val responded. Darios took a bit to respond. Angell noticed this, leaping onto a smaller roof. Her hand gripped the roofs edge, looking down at the two. “A vampire..” Darios said with a  sigh. Angell’s eyes widened, hearing this. She quickly got irritated, pulling herself upwards. She jumped over to smaller roofs before jumping off, looking at the manor from a distance.

A low growl erupted from her before she leaped down onto the ground. She landed on her heels, somehow managing not to break her ankles. She walked with a fast pace, her eyes flashing the blue color. Her heels clicked as she walked along the street, ignoring as the clouds darkened as it was clear it was about to rain. She took a longer way, walking quickly either way. Her fangs extended. She cursed under her breathe. “Stupid, hellhounds..” She growled out loud, pushing a trash can over roughly. She arrived at the gate, pushing it open roughly. She walked to the steps, quickly walking up them in anger.
