Levi and you have been best friends since you were little, only because your moms were best friends. but you thank them for that because since then you and Levi have been inseparable

Levi is a boring figure to most people, but to you, he is kind and means no harm

FLASHBACK

"oh hello Kuchel is wonderful to see you again, oh and you have a son?" your mom asked

"yep this is Levi," she says

"awe, y/n" your mom yelled

"yes?" you said as you ran to her

"This is Levi," she said pointing to the short dark-haired kid

"hi I'm y/n," you said cheerfully

"tch" he rolled his eyes, for a 5-year-old he sure has an attitude

END OF FLASHBACK

"levviiiii" you yelled and jumped on his back. he stumbled a bit but caught his balance

"damn do you have to do this every time?" Levi complains and throws you off his back

"sorry Levi," you said and pinched his cheek, he rolls his eyes and lets out a light chuckle

"I swear you two are dating, "hange says 

"tch ew" Levi rolled his eyes

"he's my best friend there's no way I would date this dumbass" you laughed 

"I'm the dumbass?" Levi looked at you with a raised brow, you gave him a cheeky smile and shook your head. he let out a 'tch' and looked over to hange you had stars in her eyes "what four-eyes?" Levi asked her

"can you just date already. you guys are always so close" hange whined

"if you haven't forgotten Levi has a girlfriend" you laughed

"oh well it's petra" hange rolled her eyes

"and?" Levi asked annoyed

"you and y/n are so much close than you and she is," hange said

"yeah and I really don't like it" a girl's voice came in from behind us. we all turned around to see petra with her arms crossed. she cleared her throat and you looked down at yourself who had your arm wrapped around levis. you quickly unhooked your arms with levis and stared in embarrassment

"sorry bout that" you said and walked over to hange "shall we go?" you asked hange, she nodded and you set off in the opposite direction of Levi. you turned and looked back to Levi and petra and watched as she kissed him, for some odd reason this filled you with some form of hurt but for some reason you had no idea why?

you were sitting in your room when Levi walked in shutting the door behind him "you don't even knock now?" you laughed as he sat down on your bed

"so I and petra are going bowling tomorrow wanna go?" he always invited me to his date with petra, it was funny to see her upset but lately you never felt like going with them

"no, I can't do that shes your girlfriend" you shook your hands

"ugh you're lame" Levi complained

"I just don't want petra to hate me more than she probably already does, so you go have fun and ill be here to talk about how much fun you had when you're done" you smiled

he rolled his eyes" yeah fun"

"what do you mean?" you asked confused

"Petra is so clingy, and she is very jealous. you're my best friend and she likes 'no I don't want you around her anymore' but of course, I'm not just going to do that" Levi sighed

"eh it's okay if you chose her over me sometimes" you brushed him off. in reality that's the exact opposite of what you wanted to happen

"yeah no" Levi stood up "Well ill see you at school tomorrow" you jumped up and hugged him goodbye. when he released the hug you felt the warmth. tears fought to fall from your eyes. why were you feeling like this it's so dumb. Levi is your best friend you shouldn't be feeling like you wanna cry when he leaves, or when he is with petra "you okay?" Levi asked you

you nodded and wiped the tear falling from your eye "you're not" Levi says. he lifted you up to look at his face to face "why are you going to cry did I do something?" he asked concerned. you just shook your head and looked away from him "ok" was all he said and walked out of your room. once you knew for sure he was gone you let all your tears fall from your eyes. soon your mother walked in and ran to you to comfort you

"y/n Hunny what's wrong?" she asked

"Nothing," you said, she knew something was up

"It isn't nothing," she said. she sat you down on the bed "tell me what's wrong"

"I don't even know, every time I'm not near Levi I'm upset when Levi talks about petra I get upset and I can't comprehend what is making me this way" you sighed

"y/n" you looked at your mom 

"I think that you might be in love with Levi"
