Ch. 5

It's been a week since any of the Avengers had seen the strange girl getting to know them. However they could feel that they were being stalked by someone. The strange girl even stalked a few of their members like the Black Widow and Falcon. They had called them and asked why a strange girl had been wanting to spend time with them. Stark was the one having to explain and told them what they learn so far. He told Natasha to keep this from S.H.I.E.L.D since they didn't know much about this to why some random girl was interested. Which was a mystery to them, making them wonder why she would just choose a random person in the Avengers and then disappear without a trace. If Nick found out about this then it could cause more problems then what they had now.

But that was the least of their problems, they were still trying to figure out who the Mysterious Hero was. Who kept sending them messages in the strangest places and watch them when they least expected. When they do see the hero in somehow disguise and try to follow that person but would disappeared in an instant. Just as Thor said, like a ninja. Even Hulk had bad luck since he was much bigger then any of them the person was able to slip away in the blink of an eye. This was frustrating them mostly Tony who had been trying the hardest but also try to find out more about Veronica who had also disappeared and no trance was found of her. As if she never existed in this world which surprised him but then thought about how the others had gotten the same girl but she used different names as well styles to not give out suspicious. Tony was placing puzzles together of the connections of the strange girl that had spend time with them and of course the Mysterious Hero.

"This is very strange and frustrating." Tony said staying calm as he looked at the news paper that had the picture of the hero who was on the roof top the piece of the clothing waved in the wind. With the words in bold 'WHO IS THE MYSTERIOUS HERO?'

"What? That we can't find out who is stalking us and figure out who the Mysterious hero is?" Sam who had moved in the head quarters of the Avengers asked as he was drinking coffee.

"Bingo! But it's also a surprise that the strange girl didn't come and spend time with us like she did weeks ago. However the stalking has been getting a little hectic and serious. Like the person wants us to know that they are following us." Clint said as he lean against the table looking up.

"Maybe we should do what Peter told us, go out at night and search for this hero and find out why he/she has been stalking us." Steve said as he stood next to Hawkeye which made Tony look up frowning.

"You can't be serious?" Tony asked standing up as he didn't want to go at night just to look for some hero who they had no idea where they could start. Peter who just walked in heard the question as he moved the the table standing next to him.

"I don't need to disrespect you Mr Stark, but it's seems the only option we have right now. The stalkings have gotten worse and we still haven't figured out who this person is. It could be a villain for all we know that just wants our attention. That wouldn't be a surprise." Peter stated as he was leaning against the counter thinking about it and it was crazy theory in mind.

"He has a point there Tony. We either go out at night or wait till this new hero strikes. I am not in the mood for surprise attacks." Steve said siding with Peter.

"If we get to smash the new Hero." Hulk said as he hit his fist in his hand smiling, "Then Hulk see no problem in trying to find at night." He said.

Tony stared and had listen to the options, it was either go out and find or sit and wait till the hero decided to attack them or perhaps stalk them more. He couldn't help but remember the letter they first got from their stalker saying that they would be watching and that they hope would see them soon. Maybe it was that time now to meet this person. With a sigh he knew what they were about to do.
