Aasha's Pov

"Wow! This.. This is a Diamond ring? Don't tell me that Dev bhai proposed you? Tell me, Aasha" Neha screamed excitedly making me go red. I nodded my head at her. I bite my lips controlling smile. I looked down at my lap.

"So you mean...you two are now together. I mean Boyfriend girlfriend. Oh god!" saying this she hugged me tightly. I too hugged her back.

"I am truly happy for you, Aasha. I am glad you gave a chance for Dev bhai and for yourself too. But at the same time i am angry on for hiding your identity and your family problems from me" she said with a pout.

"Sorry Neha" i said feeling guity for hiding my family backround and for not sharing my problems with her.

"I understand. But i don't know how you kept this all with yourself. Let me tell you one thing, your family really failed to treasure a gem like you, Aasha" she said. I just smiled at her sadly.

"Just forget this all. Now your life is completely changed. You have a person who loves you like everything and also a big family" she said squeezing my hands.

"Yes" i said with a bright smile.

"Okay... Now tell whats inside this bag?" she asked me suspiciously. I blushed seeing the bag.

"He gave this to me for the party. I don't know whats inside this bag. May be dress" i said shyly. Hufffu. I can't stop this blushing and smiling.

"Awwww. How romantic, haa? Lets see whats inside this bag" she said and gave me the bag to open. I opened the bag and found a box. Then i opened the box only to find a beautiful wine color saree with black border. Neha gasped seeing the saree.

"Its so beautiful. He has a good taste" she said giving me a teasing smile. I blushed hearing her words. I touched the material. Its so soft against my hand. Suddenly i heard my phone rang. When i looked at the caller id my body instantly relaxed.

"Your boyfriend, haa? Go go attend the call" Neha said with a smirk. I blushed and ran to the balcony.

I attended the call.

"Hello" i said.

"Hi" he said. I smiled hearing his husky voice.

"Do you like the saree?" he asked me.

"Its beautiful. I like it" i said.

"I am glad you like it. Today at 6 pm be ready. I will come and pick you up, okay?" he asked me.

"No its okay. I will come with Neha" i said softly.

"You don't need to worry about me, Aasha. I will come to the party with Ananya and i don't want to be a third wheel" Neha yelled from the room. Dev chuckled hearing her words. I too chuckled with him.

"Then i will pick you up" he said.

"Mmm. Okay" i said with a smile. I looked at the ring on my finger recalling whatever happened last night.

"I miss you, Aashu" he said. I chuckled.

"Why are you laughing? Don't you miss me too?" he asked me.

"Its only three hours since you dropped me here" i said with a smile.

"Yes. Its only three hours. But i am missing you badly and that peck you gave on my cheek is also not helping me either" he said. Heat rose to my cheeks.

"I...i Neha is calling me. Bye" saying this i cut the call. He is really something. Always tease me like this. I looked at his number on my phone. I saved his number as Mr. Malhotra. I deleted that and saved his number as 💕 Dev 💕 and blushed looking at the hearts. Then my phone pinged with message from him.
