That was some awkward situation. That boy was just in his own world. And when I woke him up, he was so confused. Maybe he doesn't speak to girls very often? I'll always remember those puppy eyes I couldn't be angry at. You had to look at him, he's the kind of boy that wouldn't do anything to hurt someone...
I smile at my thoughts, but then reality all comes back. Around me leaves start to whirl from the trees, forming a orange-reddy carpet. But sadly enough I couldn't find any sign of the Barden University. It was my first day, and off course like it always happens to me luck wasn't really on my side. First the taxi broke, so I had to walk the whole way, packed with my suitcases. And know I apparently lost my way. I swear muttered and take my phone. Ugh, Monica, why are you calculated today not here?
Well, Monica is my sister. The previous time, she was a Freshman and now I follow in her steps. I was really exited to attend school here, but it is so big I can't survive without my sis. At normal situations, I'd use her as GPS. But as she was on holiday in Spain, I couldn't call or text her.
What the hell can I do? Nothing else but search that strange guy I just met. I couldn't even call it 'meeting' because I didn't ask for his name. Ugh, let's go search him.
'Hey, you! Wait please??' I ask loud.
'Oh hello,' he says and stops right before my feet.
'I really need you to show me the way to the Barden University,' I beg, 'It's my Freshman year and it's too big out here.' I laugh and clear my throat. 'Hello, I'm Jessica.' I shake hands with the stranger.
'I'm Benjamin. Everybody calls me Benji,' he laughs awkwardly.
'You can call me Jess if you want?' I ask.
'Well Jess, I'll show you the way,' he smiles.
