The Council chamber which was normally filled up with hushed murmurs and loud roars of laughter was unusually quiet today. It has been a week since the Olympians have started to witness the anger of Olympus mount itself. When the immortals living on the mount were going on with their daily life filled with luxury and comfort, the land beneath them had started shaking furiously. It was as if it was warning the immortals about the coming disasters. Soon after that the Olympians began noticing other signs.

The time started passing slower then before, seconds felt like minutes, minutes started to feel like hours. Ashes began falling from the sky. It all together formed such an eerie environment, that the Olympians started to fear the end of the time. When the the Oracle got to know about people's concern, a conference was called upon in which now all the Olympians sat. The only god that was not here yet was the war god but as he was a noble figure and would be able to fight whoever it is causing this much eeriness, it was advised to wait for him.

After waiting a few minutes which now in Olympus felt like hour the front door of the chamber burst open, revealing the highly awaited god which was now covered dark red blood. However it was visible the blood on his attire was not his but the poor soul he must have tortured. The war god quickly crossed the hall and sat on his chair which was at the front most row.

Beside him sat the lord of underworld and on the other side sat god of the sea, both of the immortals upon the arrival of the latecomer made a knowing face as if they were all in on a tremendous secret. The oracle that represented the great Olympus Emperor cleared his throat seeking the immortals full and undivided attention.

" In the past few days, Olympus has gone through some bizarre changes, The all mighty Emperor has taken notice of your concerns and hence have called upon a conference in order to ease some of your troubles away. Emperor and his council have reached upon the conclusion after an intense discussion acknowledging that the prophecy casted upon Olympus by the powerful witch Circe, centuries ago is the cause of changes being faced by the fellow Olympian today" The oracle explained in a loud and authoritative voice.

Hushed whispers began to roam around the chamber but no one dared to raise their voice in order to question the oracle more about the situation, everyone but the war god " So according to you we are ordered to believe that a century old prophecy caused by a vengeful witch is the reason why we are suffering in this misery." with a pause, he continued " oh! cut us all some slack. you can't be asking us to believe in same prophecy which was previously said to be  null and void by you and the mighty Emperor himself. "

" I am aware about what I said child, but the situation we are facing right now is awfully similar to the prophecy." the oracle replied the god. oracle then directed his word toward all the Olympians. " but you don't have to fear for anything, after the long discussion, the only way that the  Emperor and his council has come up with a solution. For the further prosperity of Olympus we just have to find the girl mentioned in the prophecy. "

" And how do you suppose we do that, for all we know the girl could be anyone hiding at any corner of the world or maybe she don't even exist in the universe.  " the war god remarked again.

To which the oracle gave the god a sly smile saying " Well that we have to see, don't we "
