it's nothing too different. i mean y'all must've already been told this because like they're extremely basic and common but still i post them because i want post them ain't nobody can stop me muahaha. so like i promised in the last chapter, here's them:

-first off, mentally prepare yourself to be organized about studies. if you haven't been so lately or ever, it's alrighttt. just move on, okay? believe in the fact that you're capable of being more disciplined, serious and successful about/in achieving your goals and targets.

-find out for how long you can actually study in one go and take breaks accordingly. like, don't try too hard to outdo yourself. it's okayy.

-keep a water bottle next to you and have water breaks frequently.

-don't take breaks for too long as you'll not be as willing to get back to work if you're gone for too long :/ but like let the duration of the break depend on the duration of the continuous studying and on how tired you are.

-get up in the morning to first make a schedule for the day and eventually strike things off the plan. it gives a sense of achievement which in turn also keeps you feeling more motivated.

-track down your progress by noting down how much you've done in the day by the end of it. by this, you'll be able to see for yourself how you keep improving:)

-don't listen to others when it comes to study hours. you decide them for yourself. see for yourself as to when you feel the most fresh, productive and willing to study. it is a fact that studying in the morning tends to be more effective especially after a good night's sleep. but, i personally don't think it has to work for everyone. i mean you can decide this for yourself, the best:)

-please don't ignore the subjects you don't like/aren't the best at, completely. instead, challenge yourself to be better at it^^ practise more and i feel you'll gradually see yourself liking the subject once you start understanding it the best. it's absolutely alright and human to not be good at everything:)

-try to find interest in whatever you're studying. it can be difficult doing that sometimes but it'll help you stay engaged for longer.

-don't be hard on yourself to the extent that you have to compromise on things like time with friends or sumn. that shit very needed.

-meditating would help increase your attention span and would make you feel more at peace.

-i think it's okay to have studying patterns that might seem weird to others as long as they work for you:)

-don't feel forced to study or to do just any activity that you really need to be doing. it'll be of no help at all.

-it can take time to get into an organized schedule but be patient with yourself:)

-appreciate yourself every now and then^^

-idc about what others have to say but i'm extremely proud of you and believe that you can achieve whatever the hell you want. just don't feel pressurized. you'll get there:))

A/N: okay i think everything was safe and basic and the most neutral it could get but still if anything on here doesn't fit right to you, it's absolutely okay:)
