The next day Magnus woke up and went to the guild building and saw eligard he went up to him and saw that his face was very bruised. Magnus asked him how his face got bruised. He told him that the man that was attacking him yesterday followed him to his house and beat him up and robbed him of all his money. After Magnus had heard that he went around the city looking for him in a violent rage. Everyone who saw him coming quickly moved out of the way after 2 more hours of looking until he finally found the man. He was laughing about how he beat up a guy and robbed him at his house with his friends all because he got knocked out in the guild arena. As soon as Magnus heard this he charged him and smashed him into the wall the guards heard what was happening they got there and detained the two and took them into questioning. They started with the man who got punched. He told the guards that he was minding his own business when Magnus came up to him and punched him for no reason. The guards said okay and went to question magnus. They got into the room and asked magnus his side of the story he told them that him and his were in the tournament to join the guild and magnus ended up stumbling upon the guy fighting hi friend and went and helped him and knocked out the man that was fighting his friend after the fight they left the arena and the man followed eligard home beat him up and robbed him that was his reason for punching the man into a wall. The guards thanked him for cooperating and told him to wait in the room while they talk to the man again they walked out of the room then walked into the room with the man in it and the first guard walked over grabbed the man's hands while the other guard walked over and searched him and soon enough they found the gold that the man had stolen from elaguard and gave it to magnus to give it to eleguard. Meanwhile the man who stole the gold was thrown in jail for robbery and assault. The next day magnus found eleguard at the guild building and gave him his gold back magnus asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a quest but all of them are only for two people or more so magnus had a thought what if they teamed up magnus asked him if he wanted to and eleguard said yes he also asked why he wanted him to be in his party magnus said that he could use someone on his team with a shield and also its kind of lonely at his house because its so big and has no one but him living in it. So eleguard moved in and they started doing quests together.
