Even though Astral and Yuma approached Belle, she didn't notice them so she was there standing and crying over a card.
"Um Hi!" Said Yuma with nervous but happy tone.
Belle looked at Yuma and quickly wiped off her tears. "Oh hi..." she said her voice was a bit shaking from crying.
"Why are you crying?" Asked Yuma.
Belle was silent.
Yuma smiled "it's fine you don't have to tell us, by the way what's your name?"
"It's Belle." Belle answered trying to be more positive.
"Belle that's a sweet name I'm Yuma and this is Astral" Yuma introduced himself and Astral.
"It's really nice to meet you Belle" said Astral and smiled.
Belle looked at both of them and smiled. "It's nice to meet you too!"
They had a nice conversation with Belle introducing them to synchro summoning and Yuma and Astral telling Belle about xyz summoning, until...
"Belle can i challenge you to a duel?" Yuma asked with excitement.
Belle thought for a bit while looking at her duel runner. "... no" She answered. Yuma and Astral looked at Belle surprised.
"how can you say that?! Are you scared?" Yuma asked and teased a bit.
"it's not that I'm scared, it's that I don't want to duel right now" Belle answered.
"But it feels like you're scared of my skills" Yuma teased even more.
"Yuma!" Astral shot an angry look at Yuma and then said "We could get another practice duel what do you think Yuma?"
Yuma looks at Astral with a challenging look and said "yeah let's go Astral". After that they both went to duel each other. This duel went by quickly as well as time when the duel ended it already started to get dark. (Yuma of course got another w from this duel but he'll get an L a few times i hope or let's just help Astral build a stronger deck)
"Well it's getting dark I better find some shelter for the night" Belle said and was about to sit on her duel runner.
"Belle you don't have a place to stay?" Asked Astral.
"No I just arrived here today without a clue of how it works here" Belle answered with a nervous tone.
"There's a lot of jerks running around these places at night so it's not really safe here but maybe I could ask my parents if you could stay at our place for the night. What do you think?" Yuma said and asked.
"I don't know we just met..." Belle answered concerned.
"Yuma is the most trustworthy friend I have you can trust him" Astral said and mumbled something that no one understood and then continued talking " I hope we can put the same amount of trust to you."
"As much as i trust you you can trust me" Belle said a bit more confident and gave Astral a sure look.
"So you accept the offer? I don't want any of my friends being attacked by any jerks." Yuma asked.
"Ok I accept." Belle said and grabbed her duel runner. "Yuma lead me!" She shouted.
Astral saw that Belle struggled with picking up her duel runner so he offered help and Belle accepted it then they both caught up to Yuma who was already on his way home. And while they were walking Belle though to herself 'so this is like having friends... Yuma, Astral my first friends i ever had... Thank you'.
