The Phantom Student. That's what they were called and what they called themselves. They were rarely noticed, and sometimes even the teachers would be confused -- assuming that their answers were extra answers by someone when they check quizzes and activities. Not that they minded being ignored, in fact -- they were grateful for it.
Also getting called 'The Phantom Student' is cool, they had to admit.
[Name] opened the class door, and sat at their destined seat -- waving and mouthed good morning to the teacher. The teacher flinched for a bit at the sudden gesture of the student as he nodded and smiled back at the [H/c] haired student, although they were hard to notice -- they spent their time trying to introduce themselves and making themselves more visible to the teachers, which worked in a way.
"Alright class, today we'll have... a Statistics quiz! So open your school tablet and open 'Assigned Quizzes'." Multiple groans and whines were heard around the room, a very few cheering. [Name] just shrugged as she pulled out the landscape device, tapping the screen a few times as she was presented with the Quiz.
'Welcome to Statistics Quiz # 6!' 'Please solve the following questions...' '____'
...
'Phew.'
The [H/c] haired student wiped off their sweat as they stared at their screen, displaying a 'ALL DONE!' in all caps. [Name] clicked exit as they watched other classmates answering theirs, Their teacher -- Mr. Ru was reading a book about planes before he flinched and looked at his phone. His eyes trailed on [Name] as he nodded and lazily did a thumbs up to the teen.
"Also, when you are done -- feel free to exit the class." He said as he turned off his phone and continued reading, multiple refreshed sighs and silent cheers were heard around the classroom. [Name] silently stood up and waved goodbye to their teacher, opening the door as they roamed around the vacant school -- with small amount students walking around like them.
