A day in crew life

Day 2

Normal day, normal flight until you have a 'concerning' passenger.

We were serving food like usual, started with appetizers, main courses then dessert.

For appetizers, we usually have 2 type.
1. Hot appetizers: Soup
2. Cold appetizers: Tapas or some cold salad

This lady order for our cold appetizers, which is Seared Beef salad.

I went to check on her from time to time, to see if she finished with appetizers. She been enjoying her food foe very long time.

15 mins later I saw her plate was 'CLEAN'.
When I say clean, mean nothing left at all.

Then I asked
Me: How was your appetizers ma'am? Is it to your liking?
Her: Umm, I have a little complaint about it.
Me: 'screaming internally' What happened ma'am!?
Her: It's cold.
Me: I'm so sorry to hear this, but may I explain this is our cold appetizers, so we do serve it chill. It might not to you liking so I do apologize.
Her: But it cold. So I concern for you because other people might not like it.
Me: Thank you for your concern and I do apologize for your cold appetizers being cold.
Her: It's okay, I'm just concerned.
Me: Than can I came back with your main course?
Her: No, I want another of this beef.
Me: ......Certainly ma'am. One more of  'COLD' salad.

People's mind are interesting in so many ways.
