Entering Silas's Heart

Third Person POV

So the Phantom Thieves are staking out the construction site, looking at how bad the work condition everyone is in.

Ryuji: "Jeez! Is this place for real? Look at how crappy the workers are and just the entire site is!"

Yusuke: "Indeed. This would be a very horrid painting."

Ann: "Why haven't any health inspectors shut the site down with all of these health violations?"

Morgana: "It may be possible that not only does he abuse his workers, but also either bribe or blackmail the inspectors."

Ryuji: "Wait, for real?!"

Ann: "How horrible!"

Yusuke: "I agree."

Akira: "Same here."

Morgana: "Hmm... Before we decide anonymously, maybe we should somehow meet with the big man first."

Ann: "How do we even do that?"

Ryuji: "Hmm... Oh hey! Look! A 'Help Wanted' poster is on the fence. Look like they need to hire some extra hands. I'll go in, saying that I want to be employed. Akira, you come with me!"

Sure, let's go.
Why not go yourself?  <

Akira: "Why not go yourself?"

Ryuji: "Oh, come on, man. I ain't goin' in without you. Mainly because I don't think I could control myself if I went to see him myself."

Morgana: "Come on, Joker. Sounds like Ryuji is being honest and the plan is a great idea, for Ryuji."

Ryuji: "Yeah! Wait, hey! Shuddup, cat!"

Morgana: "I am NOT a cat!"

Akira: "Alright. Let's go."

The two boys walk onto the site and head over to the trailer and knock on the door. The door opens and shows Kaito at the door and the boss, Silas, eating a nice lunch.

Kaito: "Oh, hello! Are you two here for a job?"

Ryuji: "Yep! May we speak to the, uh, boss man?"

Kaito: "Well, it'll have to wait. Mr. Shubosha is currently busy eating lunch at the moment."

Silas wipes his mouth and says, "Let them in and I'll see if they're up to snuff."

Kaito: "Y-yes, sir." *Lets them in*

The two walk into the trailer and stand in front of the boss as they introduce themselves.

Silas: "So, why do you want to work here?"

Get stronger.  <
Need money.
Help out the city.

Akira: "I want to get stronger after school and college."

Ryuji: "Well, uh, for one thing, I think working construction will help me get stronger, like my friend here and help me overcome my injury."
