My first member's POV imagine! Let me know what you think :)
This is an imagine I originally wrote for my Soft Wake Up Imagines, (chapter {39} in that book), but I really loved the concept so I changed it up a bit to fit in this book as well.

At first I didn't wake up. Sure, I was awake, but I wasn't acting on it. I was way too comfortable for that. Silence filled the room and a vanilla scent reached my nose. Did she get a new shampoo? I inhaled deeply, letting the scent fill my senses and I basket in it. I loved waking up to her laying in front of me and sleeping peacefully. Suddenly she inhaled deeply, mimicking my actions from just a second before.

She's starting to wake up, I thought. I smiled and moved up, placing an arm under me to lean my head on and then I moved my hand from her waist. Dragging my fingers over her waist, tracing her skin all the way up to her arms until my hand reached hers and I could hold it in mine. She smiled sleepily and turned towards me, directing her smile towards me. God I loved waking up to that.

"Morning." I smiled down at her. "How'd you sleep?"

"Hi Joonie," She murmured, blinking the sleep away and leaning up to kiss me. I smiled against her lips and watched as she laid back down. "I slept wonderfully. Best I've ever had in a long time. You?"

"I'm glad you slept okay." I replied, moving my hand from hers to brush away some lone strands on her face, wanting to gaze into her eyes without anything keeping me from doing so. If I'd tell her I slept so good because of her she would just brush it off, not believing my words even if I spoke the truth. When we arrived at this cottage the night before, she had been over the moon about this bed and gushed about how soft it was. So I opted for a safe answer.

"I slept okay as well. This bed really is something else."

She hummed at my words, closing her eyes briefly and I couldn't help but chuckle at the relaxed expression on her angelic features. I really was glad she slept okay. Lately I had to watch her pull almost all-nighters trying to wack her brain over her work. I know she loved her job and was more than happy to do what she did, but still. Seeing her so exhausted wasn't something I liked seeing. I leant down and pressed a lingering kiss to her forehead, keeping my lips there for a moment before pulling back to look at her again.

Since the day I met her, I've wanted nothing more than to take care of her. To make sure she was okay and healthy and most of all happy. We met because both of our friend groups had mutual friends and fairly early on we became best friends. My Hyung always said we were like brother and sister, and even though that wasn't really how I felt about her, I went along with it. It was the only way I knew how to describe the feelings that I did have for her. I hadn't planned to fall for her as hard as I did.

Judging from the expression she was making she was listening. Some may say she had fallen right back asleep, but I knew her better than that. She was listening to the rain, always one to appreciate it. I knew she had wanted to go hiking the mountains today, though.
