Dinner

"Busy?" Chaeyoung barged in inside Mina's study room while holding a tray of foods. Mina nodded in response.

"It's already academic break yet you're still working." Chaeyoung said while putting the tray on Mina's table.

"Just finishing encoding grades and some school forms." Mina said casually.

"You haven't eaten. Here, I brought you some food."

Mina looked at Chaeyoung and smiled. The professor turned her office chair towards Chaeyoung's direction and stretched her arms.

"Hm?" Chaeyoung hummed confusingly.

"Minari is tired." Mina pouted. "Minari needs Chaengie's hug." She said in a child-like manner.

Chaeyoung was bewildered by the sudden action of Mina and blushed for the cuteness of the professor. She went closer to Mina and hugged her.

"Are you sure you're the Prof. Myoui I know? Were you possessed or something?" Chaeyoung said then giggled.

"Nope... I'm not Prof. Myoui that you know."

"Then who are you?" Chaeyoung said acting shocked by Mina's confession.

Mina loosen her arms that wrapped around Chaeyoung and tapped her lap inviting the latter to sit there. Chaeyoung sat on Mina's left leg while her legs are in between the professor's legs, her arms wrapped around Mina's shoulders.

"I'm Minari that's yours." Mina whispered to Chaeyoung's ear which flatter her.

"What are your plans this sem break?" Chaeyoung asked while looking at Mina's face.

"First, I have to finish and submit these forms. Then dad asked me to go to Japan."

"Are you going?"

Mina shrugged her shoulders.

"It was actually ojiisan who asked dad to tell me to go to Japan. I'm pretty sure it's about business."

"You should go Minari, who knows it's a way to fix your relationship with your grandfather."

"You think so?" Chaeyoung nodded as a response. "How about you? What are your plans, Chaeyoungie?"

"I was supposed to book a trip to Europe for two. So we could freely enjoy the vacation together but you should really go to Japan and hope that you'd have a smoother relationship with your grandpa."

"Hm... How about let's go to Europe after I came back from Japan?"

"Let's do that."

Upon arriving in Japan, Mina was driven to the Hirai's mansion to have dinner with them but she would be staying in her condominium unit during her stay in Japan.

Throughout the dinner Mina was quiet. When asked by one of the members of the Hirai's she would just give them a one-word answer or some gestures as her responses.

"What about you, Momo? How was your experience at Tdoong University? Did you make a lot of friends?" Mr. Hirai asked.

"It was nice dad, I don't have many friends but I like my classmates they are very friendly especially in Mina unnie's class. I enrolled one as an elective class and they were really approachable and friendly." Momo looked at Mina and smirked.

"Actually... Dad, I have this one classmate. She's cool. I thought she's rude but turns out she's nice and we became activity buddies. I mean we are always in the same group." Momo excitedly told her dad. She would leer at Mina in between her sentences while the professor would give her a scary gaze in return.
"She's also cute, right unnie?" Momo added emphasizing the tag question.

"Hm... You seem to like her that much." Mr. Hirai said.

"Yes, dad. I like her. As in A LOT." Momo said emphasising the last part while looking at her sister.

Mina went to the kitchen where Momo is drinking some water.

"What the h*ll, Hirai Momo?" Mina said to Momo, her voice sounding annoyed but her face shows no emotions.

"Oh hi, unnie." Momo greeted Mina in an excited tone. "Do you need anything?"

"Why did you tell them you like Chaeyoungiee?"

"Chaeyoungie?" Momo frowned trying to figure out something.
"Oh, you mean Chaeyoungssi? Because I mean it, I like her."

"Yah!" Mina said almost shouting. "Chaeyoungie is mine, and mine alone." Mina whined.

"I know." Momo chuckled. "I was just trying to confirm it from you, unnie. Besides, I have my boyfriend."

Mina walked out without saying a word.

"Who is Chaeyoung, Momo? What's the deal between her and Mina?" Mr. Hirai asked, intriguingly.

"Not sure dad, all I know is that Chaeyoung and unnie are living together and that unnie cares for her a lot."
