After Nessa said yes to moving into the house with me within weeks we were moved into the house and then Jax came home to spend Christmas with us.
"So mom comes today right" she asks me "yeah later today, excited to see her" I ask her with a grin "yes actually" she tells me with an actual smile "me too, can't wait for her to meet Nessa" I said and Jax smiles again "what" I ask her with a laugh "nothing just nice to see you happy" she tells me with a shrug "it'd be nice to see you happy too" I said as I drink my coffee giving her a knowing look " I am happy" she said unconvincingly "no you're not, why don't you just forgive him" I finally ask her "because I can't, I'm not willing to get hurt again" she tells me and I sigh "if we all had that attitude no one would ever fall in love" I tell her as I sit down "I'm not in love with him" Jax denies and I scoff "yes you are, I'm not blind or stupid Jacklynn" I tell her "and you think he loves me" she asks me curiously "I know he loves you" I tell her truthfully as I get up again and grab my cut dumping the remaining of my coffee into the sink.
"By the way he will be here for Christmas dinner" I drop the bomb on her and she glares at me "what a bomb to drop on me" she says irritatingly "why" she asks me "Axel doesn't have family and no one should spend Christmas alone" I said to her and Jax sighs "fine whatever" Jax says to me as Ariel walks into the kitchen "morning all" she says as Nessa comes into the kitchen and I pull her to me kissing her "they really are disgustingly in love" Ariel said out loud as we pull apart "yup" she says to her as she leaves the room.
