Personality swap. Maki has Mui's personality and Kaito has Kibbo's. So the ship is Kaimaki and maybe a bit of kiiruma.

3rd POV
"HAPPY HALLOWEEN!" Maki burst into Kaito's room. Today was Halloween and Maki was pumped to show Kaito her new costume. Kaito was still sleeping when Maki came in but I guess she woke him up.
"Huh? Oh, Hey Maki!" Kaito said waving towards her. Kaito then looks at his calendar and realizes today was Halloween.
"Hey? What's wrong?" Maki asks siting on his bed.
"Well...I don't have a costume yet."
Maki thinks for a second then says, "The gorgeous genius has an idea!" She proclaims pointing to the ceiling. Maki then grabs Kaito's hand and leads him the her room. She go's to a drawer and starts digging through it.
"What are you doing Harkuawa-San?" Kaito says walking over to her. Maki then accidentally throws a sock in his face.
sorry..she mumbles under her breath. "There it is!" Harkuawa holds up a costume that looked like it wouldn't fit Kaito.
"Ummm..." Kaito slowly starts backing away knowing what will happen next. Maki then pins Kaito to a wall and tries to put the costume on him.
Eventually, Kaito tired of struggling gives up and let's Maki put on the Halloween costume. When Kaito looks in the mirror he see's his new costume. He freaks.
"What! I'm a ballerina?!" Maki put him in a pink tutu and gave him a silly pink headband. The brunette can no longer hold her laughter and falls on the floor laughing. Kaito is mad but admit's it's a bit funny.
When Maki finally catches her breath she says, "What's wrong with being a ballerina?"
Kaito thinks about it for a second and realizes his costume is fine and maybe he should wear it for Halloween. "Maybe I will be a ballerina!" He proudly announces. Maki is shocked and meant it as a joke.
That night Kaito and Maki go trick-or-treating in their costumes. Kaito gets . . . . well a few stares from kids and adults but he didn't mind. Maki was laughing almost the entire time at Kaito's costume. She was still in disbelief.
