Epilogue

*10 years later*
Morgan's POV
I wake up to the smell of bacon and pancakes. I walk downstairs to my dining room and see my mom, Nash, Hayes, Abby, Lilly(Nash's girlfriend), Skylynn, and my dad all at my table while Matthew was cooking. I wave then walk over to Matt. As I walk over I notice that Matt's making Mickey Mouse pancakes. I giggle and he turns around. He hugs me close and kisses my temple.
"Morning Beautiful," He says as he turns back around and flips a couple pancakes. I walk back to the dining room and great my family. I sit down next to Abby and where Matt sits.
Hayes and Abby are married and have been for a year as of yesterday. Nash and Lilly are not, just dating, and going on 3 years of that. Me and Matt are not married, or even engaged. We've talked about getting married a couple times but he hasn't proposed yet so I guess I'll keep waiting.
Matt brings the food into the kitchen and sits down. We all thank him then dig in. To say the pancakes tasted good would be an understatement, they were amazing. I quickly finished my first plate and went on to my second. Matt chuckles but doesn't say anything. Soon we all finished our breakfast and my mom and dad are helping me with the dishes as Abby, Hayes, Nash, Lilly, and Matt are outside playing tag with Skylynn. Sky still loves her ponies, that hasn't changed, not much about her has changed except she's older now and taller. Me and my parents finish the dishes before they and Sky leave. I walk upstairs to get dressed after Lilly suggested we all go to the park for a picnic and a boat ride.
I quickly shower because I haven't in like 3 days and that's gross. After I shower I put on my mint green bikini, a white flows tank top and some jean shorts, I also throw my hair up on a messy bun and grab my sunglasses. I walk downstairs as Matt walks up them. He kisses my cheek on the way up but continues walking. I blush, my feelings for him haven't changed a bit, he's perfect and he's mine. Sure we fight but it only makes us stronger. I slip on my mint green flip flops and pull out my phone. Everyone else is already read and packing a picnic basket. They all keep swimsuits and extra clothes here because we all are really close and they barely ever leave. Our guest rooms are basically their rooms. Matt walks down the stairs about 10 minutes later and we are all waiting for him by the door. He grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers before pulling me out the dirt and everyone following behind us. We decided to walk because the park is only 3 blocks away. When we get to the park we rent a boat by the river and get on. We all strip down to our swimsuits. the boys start fishing while me, Lilly, and Abby tan. That doesn't last long though because pretty soon I'm thrown in the river. I come up from the water and scowl at Matt, who's laughing his ass off.
"Matthew Lee Espinosa!" I scream at him.
He instantly shuts up.
"Sorry babygirl" he says. But his sorry didn't last long because he jumped into the river right next to me, splashing me. Soon everyone's in the river and we're playing Marco Polo. At the moment I'm Marco and everyone else is saying polo. Something grabs my ankle and pulls me underwater. I come back up and Matt is laughing. I swim over to him before pulling him underwater, but I was nice about it, all I did was kiss him.
And it was pretty much the best underwater kiss of all time
We resurfaced and we all decided to head back to the park and have our picnic.
When we got back on the boat we realized we didn't bring towels or a blanket to eat on.
Matt and Nash went to a small store around the corner where they apparently sell blankets and towels and other stuff needed for the beach and park.
Me, Hayes, Lilly, and Abby were trying to find the perfect stop to have our picnic but couldn't find one.
"Why don't we have it on the beach?" Abby suggest.
"Sure" we all agree. The beach is pretty much empty so it wasn't hard finding the perfect spot.
About 5 minutes later Matt called me and asked where we were. I told him just to go to the beach and he'll find us. Nash finds us first because the apparently split up to look for us. He had the blanket and Matt supposedly had the towels. We spread out the blanket and passed out the food but saved room for Matt. Soon he jogs his way over to us with a bunch of towels in his hands.
"What took you so long?" I ask.
"I was all the way on the other side of the park," he answers.
I nod and he sits down, but doesn't give us towels because we are all dry by now.
We are our food and now we're back on the river. It's about 7:30 and starting to get dark.
"Let's take selfies!!" Nash screams. We all laugh at him but take selfies anyway.
After we take a bunch of selfies it starts getting a little chilly because summers soon to be ending. We return the boat and Matt passes out our towels now that we're back on the beach.
"Me and Nash customized then for you guys," he says.
We all read ours.
When I read mine I started crying then looked at Matt.
The towel said: "Will you do me the honors of marrying me? ~Matthew"
He was kneeling one knee with a black box in his hand. He opens the box and there is a diamond ring inside.
"Morgan Ann Grier, will you marry me?" He asks.
I tried to say 'yes' but that was a little hard because I was crying, it just came out as a squeak, so I nodded instead.
By now he was crying too. He slipped the ring on my finger before standing up and opening his arms. I jumped into them.
"That was the most adorable proposal ever, I love you so much" I tell Matt.
"And I got the whole thing on video" Nash says with a smile.
We all laugh and soon me and Matt are joined in our hug by our friends and my brothers. But that's not all, apparently everyone we knew was there because they all popped out of no where clapping and congratulating me and Matt.

It's not a sequel even though many people have asked for one. It's a Shawn Mendes fan fiction and with what I've wrote so far, I like it a lot.
