Mazikeen was in Stefan's ensuite, cleaning her kids up after Mary Louise brought them hotcakes and syrup with milk, she also brought some for the hybrid along with diapers, wipes, and clothes for the twins. She finishes changing them and sees Valerie and Caroline about Stefan but just ignores it. She just took her girls back to the blanket palette and taught them how to speak more difficult words.
Eventually, Lily came in and let them leave because Stefan had a heart-to-heart with his mother. She vamped home and set the twins down at the door, Lunar took off to her wolf stuffie that has a pacifier pinned to it, Skhylar waddled to the couch, where her elephant stuffie is, and talked to it, Mazikeen went to the kitchen and drank a few blood bags.
It's Halloween Eve tonight, so she plans on cuddling with her daughters, putting them to sleep, then watching The Nightmare Before Christmas or something.

As she was laying down Lunar that night, her phone rings, so she answers it outside the room then walks down the hall. "Hello?"
"Hey, kid," Marcel's voice greets from the line. "How are you, I've been trying to call you for, like, days."
She scoffs. "Yeah, well, me, my sister, and the girls got held hostage by some heretics."
"Woah, Woah, Woah, back up. What the hell is a 'Heretic'?"

She laughs sarcastically. "That's not even half the things happening here. Jo, my friend, doctor, and Alaric's wife was murdered by her twin, Kai, the sociopath that was crushing on me, but weeks before that I had a one-nighter with him."
"Maze, I'm not Rebekah, I don't care."
She giggles at that then calms to speak. "Well, Marcel. Lu and Skhy aren't your only nieces, you might have a nephew or two on the way, don't know the genders of the twins yet."
The line was silent for a good two minutes, Mazikeen fears that she killed the vampire from a heart attack when he starts to stutter, she signs in relief. "By the sociopath, Mazikeen! Really? Man, do you know how to pick 'em?"
"I know," She scolds herself. "That's not all, Elena took the cure for vampirism, then Kai put her in a spell tied to Bonnie's life. Alex, Damon, and Stefan's mom was in a 1903 prison world for being a ripper, and she has these desiccated people with her. Siphoner witches turned vampires, they literally siphon magic off their vampire side."
"Been hanging out with my boy, Alex, huh?"
She blushes at this. "Shut up, Mars. We're just friends."
"I'll pretend, but I want to come to the, what's it called?"
"The Double, June wedding Caroline was planning for me, Klaus, her, and Tyler."
Marcel nods solemnly on the other end, he loves Mazikeen. Like Davina, she's like his daughter, the only one he trusts besides Josh and a few others. "That's the one, now back on topic. Vampires practicing magic? That's a new one, new but not surprising. Klaus's ex-girlfriend's brother, Tristan, came back along with Lucien, Klaus's first sire-ling, and...his ex-girl, Aurora."
