I found my pen
It was in my pencil case the WHOLE TIME
I looked through it like 5 TIMES and I SWEAR it WASNT IN THERE EVERY TIME I CHECKED

Anyways, let's continue:

Step thirteen: Outline

Step fourteen: Erase pencil marks

Step fifteen: base colors. (I'll be using my prismas, like always, and I used dark brown for spines, spinal scales, and the ones at the very top of the head, a combo of sienna brown and dark brown for brows, terra cotta for little strip along scales, and burnt ochre for bottom of face and scales closest to under scales.)

Step sixteen: under scales. (I'm using light peach)

Step seventeen: Eyes (Pale vermillion for pupil and Orange for iris)

Step eighteen: Ear and horns (combo of Dark brown and Sienna brown for horns and blush pink for ear)

Step nineteen: shading (Terracotta and sometimes white and pale vermillion)

Step twenty: Retrace (black papermate pen)

Step twenty-one: lastly, gRAB UR WHITE GEL PEN HAHAHHA- *Clears thoat* I'm sorry idk what came over me *coughs awkwardly*

I'm updating this when I've got a new style so I may or may not redraw the SkyWing and MudWing;
