Nobody POV

Cold. It was cold, really cold.

It was a cold winter day in Seattle. It was late in the evening and the ER was still as per usual busy. Doctors and nurses were running around, patients were screaming and complaining. Until multiple, very talented surgeons got paged. That meant only one thing: Trauma.

"Everyone get ready, there is a trauma coming in. Car crash. A 13 year old girl and her parents, female and male, both 44 year old." Doctor Owen Hunt yelled at all the other surgeons waiting outside for the ambulances to arrive.

After 2 minutes of waiting the ambulances came in.

"Okay everyone, Dr Grey, Dr Sheperd you go with the dad. Dr Sloan, Dr Altman. The other Dr Sheperd you go with the girl and page Dr Robbins." Dr Hunt called out.

Everyone did as told.

POV Lexa

"Mom, dad watch out." I yelled as soon as I saw a car speed drive into us. I heard my mom scream for me to shut up before I felt the impact of the car crash.

Then everything went black.

I wake up and the first thing I see is a bright light. I closed my eyes for second before opening them again. My eyes are slowly adjusting to the light. I hear voices; a lot of them. I see faces hovering around me. I see two ladies standing over me in scrubs and lab coats. Then I realized I'm in a hospital. Shit. Hope they won't find out what's happening at home. Then I feel my head is sore, as well as my stomach, leg and shoulders.

Then the blonde doctors coos at the brunette doctor that I woke up.

"Hi, sweetie I'm Dr Sheperd and this Dr Robbins and we're gonna help you. What's you're name?" Dr Sheperd asked sweetly.

"I-I'm Le-Lexa Ri-Riley." I managed to get out.

"Oh, I love the name." Dr Robbins smiled.

"So, Lexa, we did an X-ray and you have a fractured leg and a fractured shoulder. We're gonna get you a CT scan to see if you any bleeds in you're brain." Just as Dr Sheperd finished talking, Dr Robbins interrupted her with a gasp.

"Is something wrong?" I cried out.

This caught Dr Sheperd's attention too.

"Honey, you're abdomen is all blue. What happened?" Dr Robbins asked concerned while holding my hand.

Then I blacked out again and the last thing I heard was Dr Robbins yelling out.

POV Dr Robbins

"Dr Shepherd her stomach is hard as a rock. She has internal bleeding in her abdomen. We need to get her to an OR now and page Dr Bailey immediately." I yelled out.

I feel so bad for this poor girl. But I need to push my feelings aside and focus on saving her live.

"Arizona, shit. Her head is bleeding again. I think she has a brain bleed. I need to open up her brain now." Amelia yelled out.

Now I'm praying to god she's gonna make it. But I know she's strong.

"Okay, let's go now." I yelled out.

We rushed into OR 2 and scrubbed as fast as we could. Then Dr Bailey came rushing in.

"What do we got?" She asked.
