04. double trouble

Jordan POV

Last night had been like a rollercoaster. Talking to Simone was not as we had planned, not at all.

The girls arrived making everything more complicated than it already was... however everything happend very fast.

- Are you listening to me? — Liv's voice took me out of my thoughts

- That? — I said a little confused

- Did you hear anything I told you? — she look at me already knowing the answer — Jordan. I need you to focus, I am trying to do my podcast today and I need you and Spencer to be there

- Liv — I said trying to tie the times — We have game today — until my mind fell on time — ... a prettt big one actually

-Oh — she said falling in time too — Oh that's right ... but didn't Simone have a baby thing today? You will not go?

I stood there for a few more seconds, looking at Liv trying to find a logical solution to all this.

- I don't know — I finally spoke — I can't leave my team in such an important game

- But you can do that to the mother of your baby? — God, I hated that she was right

The rest of the day  went from class to class while trying to look everywhere for Simone however I couldn't find her.

- You good? — Spence approached me a little worried

-It's Simone — I spoke — I haven't seen her all day and I'm... sacred that something has happened to her. She doesn't answer my calls either.

I needed to see her, I need to see that everything was okay after last night or at least closeenough for everything to be at peace.

Suddenly Chelsea's voice took me out of my thoughts... She was the girl from last night, one of many I've been with. I know it sounds a little ugly...

-Hey babe — she approached kissing me, making Spencer's eyes fall on her — We haven't spoken since yesterday that you left and how were you with that girl... what was her name?

- Simone — Spence and I said in unison

-Yeah, anyways — she said pulling her hair back — Any plans you have tonight after the game, sexy?

On another occasion I would have loved this situation, however I couldn't get Simone out of my head. I mean, she's gonna have my baby.

- Actually — responded — I still don't know but I don't think I'm in the mood for nothing

-I can change your mood baby — she said as she kissed me again making Spence look disgusted

-That's disgusting — he said looking at me once more — I'm gonna keep going and Jordan, remember your priorities.

I took Chelsea away from me and continued to the field, it was only a few hours before the game so there was still time.

The guys were training a bit when suddenly my cell phone started ringing.

"Simone"

My heart started racing by now and I responded without thinking twice.

- Hey... hey —  I didn't give her time to talk — Is everything okay? Did something happen to you? With the baby?

-Jordan — she finally spoke — First of all, breathe... everything is fine. We are fine. I saw your calls and I was worried.
