Jealousy, jealousy

Third POV:

"Has anyone seen Mal and Ami?" Aunt Sab asked.

"No but they're probably together," Lucy replied, with the slightest hint of jealousy over powering her voice. Yes it was just a hint, but the fact most of the aunties knew her behaviour towards the two best friends just made the slightest hint of jealousy over power.

"Ight well if you see them can you tell them I need to borrow them for a favour please?"

"Sure, but can't you just get someone else to do it though?" obviously Lucy wasn't trying to be helpful, she just didn't want Aunt Sab to think that Mal and Ami were better than her. Why did she always have to make everything a competition?

"Uhh nah it's fine. Not much of a big deal anyways."

"ok."

"You will still tell them though, right?" Aunt Sab questioned.

"Yeah ok then, 'nOt mUcH oF a bIg dEal AnYwaYs'" mimicked Lucy, but under her breath so that Aunt Sab couldn't hear her. Luckily for Lucy, Sab just narrowed her eyes at her, as she couldn't be asked to deal with the drama that Aunt Raj- who is her older sister AND Lucy's mum- would cause.

Ami's POV:

"OMG MAL LOOK AT THIS!!" I said kinda loudly, heh.

"OMG IMMA TRY THAT!" she shouted back. Always get yourself a best friend who will match your vibe. End of.

Now, you may be wondering what all the fuss was about. Well, I decided to plop to mentos into my can of coke that we had just got from the local shops and it um, kinda um *clears throat* fizzed up. Just slightly tho. Yeah, only slighty. Heh.

"Woahhh!! OMG NO ITS ALL OVER MY-...FUCK!!" Mal shouted. The coke got all over her hands and sleeves, and I didn't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for her.

Suddenly, we heard Mal's phone ring and i answered it, seeing as her hands were all soaked and sticky. "Hello?" I said into the phone as i put it on speaker so the both of us could hear.
"Hi um where are u guys right now?" I recognised the voice as Aunt Sab as Mal just randomly lip bited and yelled "SHEEEEESH"
"Bro," i chuckled softly. Ahhh Mal's such a vibe.

"Oh yeah we're just getting back from the corner shops and decided we might hang out in the park for a while :)" I replied

"True dat. AUNT SABBY CAN U FUCK OFF NOW PLSSS!?" my hyper cousin exclaimed. I just can't with her-

"Well i would but i had the amazing idea to take my 2 neices out but clearly they don't want that..." Aunt Sab responded.

"NO YEAH SHUT UP MALI AND YES WE DO WANT THAT!! pls?" i questioned.

"YES OMG THANK U!!" Mal said after me, as i handed her the phone.

"Your welcome but can u guys make ur way back home now??"

"Yeah sure!!" answered Mal.

"Thx Aunt Sab byeee," I said not too long after.
