Meliodas' Pov
"Wait so,Eliza lives in the mansion where Elizabeth used to live?!" My friends exclaimed
"Yeah" I sighed
I got to school early as usual to avoid the fangirls.i met up with my friends and we went to class so I could tell them about where Eliza lived and they were really shook
"So um.....did the place change?" Ban asked
"Only the photos were removed.the rest of the place is still the same.
though I don't know about Eliza's room" I answered
"I bet it was hard for you to be in the place where your ex committed suicide" Ban sighed
Yeah.....it was
"And her cousins came over.Vanessa and Marissa.they looked and sounded alot like Veronica and Margaret" I said
"Weird....." Merlin muttered loud enough for just us to hear
"So,how was dance practice with Eliza? Was she a good dancer?" King asked,changing the subject
"Yeah! She's a really amazing dancer" I answered and smiled
"ARE YOU SMILING?!" They all exclaimed
"I think I'm dreaming!" Ban said dramatically
"You laughed and smiled yesterday at Eliza and now you're smiling again after saying she's an amazing dancer!" King gasped
"I'm sensing that you're starting to slowly go back to the way you were!" Ban said and smirked
"Eliza's never gonna change me.i don't know what came over me to make me laugh and smile at her.it just happened" I sighed
But what if Eliza really makes me end up changing back to the way I was.the only person who could change me....
would be Elizabeth
But she's dead now so there's no way I'll ever change.unless some miracle happens
Elizabeth's Pov
"How was dance practice with Zeldris?"I asked
"Awkward" Gelda answered
"What happened?" I laughed
"I don't know! Things just suddenly got awkward the moment we walked in his house.he took me to the dance studio room after 10 minutes of awkward silence and it got even more awkward when we complimented each other's dancing!!" She groaned
I laughed even more at her and she pouted and playfully hit my arm.our moment was interrupted by loud squealing behind us
We both turned around and there was a huge crowd of boys complimenting me and Gelda nonstop-well,mostly complimenting me and begging me to go out with them
Seriously!!! Why does this always happen to me?!
"Run!" I said as I grabbed Gelda's hand and we both started running for our lives
The boys chased us all over the school and it was pissing me off! When we reached the class,Gelda and I bursted through the door and everyone looked at us
The boys came running in the class and what happened next was something I didn't expect
Meliodas and Zeldris hid me and Gelda behind them and the crowd of boys stopped in their tracks and bowed their heads and said sorry before leaving
"Thanks so much you two!" Gelda sighed in relief
"Yeah,thanks for doing that" I said, looking at them
"No problem!" They said at the same time and smiled at us
"So Eliza,I was thinking that after school we could practice our dance routine at my place this time" Meliodas said
"What's wrong with my place?" I asked
He didn't say a word and that's when I got the hint
"You know what,it's fine.we can practice at your place" I said,taking my words back
"Thanks" he said and smiled at me
"Can I maybe get your number? That is if you wanna give it.we can chat about if we wanna make any changes to the routine" he asked
Maybe giving him my number won't be such a bad idea.besides,it's just for this stupid dance thing
"Sure,whatever" I sighed and he smiled even more and gave me his phone
I put my number in his phone and saved it as 'Eliza Deity' before giving it to him
"And listen,just cause I gave you my number,doesn't make us friends" I said
"Noted" he chuckled
For the next few days,we chatted about a few changes that we wanted to make to the routine and then the day finally came where we had to present our dance
After a few groups danced,it was finally our turn
When we were done dancing, everyone was going crazy.Ban was laughing like a crazy person and he came over to us and hugged us both
The hug alarmed me and I pushed him away from me,leaving Ban looking at me weirdly before looking a bit hurt that I pulled away from the hug
The hurtful look on his face didn't even make me feel a bit bad about pulling away
Gelda then hugged me and wouldn't stop rambling about how great of a dancer I am and I just laughed at her
By the end of the dance,Gelda,Nadja and I went to get ice cream.we hung out for a bit and then Nadja and I said goodbye to Gelda before going our separate ways
"Elizabeth,what you did to Ban wasn't right" Nadja said
"You saw the look on his face when you pulled away" she said
"Nadja,I don't care how he feels.he's one of them and he thinks I cheated on Meliodas" I sighed
"He has no right to hug me" I said
"Seriously Elizabeth,what am I gonna do with you?" She sighed
