I was floating in pure darkness till a bright light caused me to close my eyes, when the light becomes bearable I open my eyes to see an old Japanese style room?

I look round a little as I was always interested in stuff like this, after looking round the room I sit down at the table with my legs crossed then another light appears infront of me causing me to squint as the light dies down I see a white haired man sat across from me with a halo above his head

???: "hello Y/N" he puts his hands and his head on the ground "I'm so sorry but I accidentally killed you" he says apologetically
Y/N: "ehh" I look shocked then realise what he said "how the fuck you kill someone accidentally" I say angrily
???: "I was messing round because I was bored and may... of... hit... you... with... err lightning..." He chuckles nervously
Y/N: "ok funny joke now where am I because I was walking home from the store, did you kidnap me" I say with a raised eyebrow
???: "I didn't kidnap you and you are in limbo" he says casually as he sits up looking at me seriously
Y/N: "so I'm dead... I never got to finish Tokyo ghoul" I mumble the last part to myself then look up "so what happens now do I go to hell to be punished for my sins or go to heaven" I ask
???: chuckles "my dear boy your not going to heaven or hell, I actually want to give you another chance since it was my fault that you died before you was meant to"
Y/N: "when was I meant to die" I ask curiously
???: "when you was 30 and you would of died to ligma" he says with a straight face
