After class they had met up at the schools fountain. They had sat there for a few minutes before actually going to the café. "Alright, wanna get going to the café now?" Asked Ryan. "Mhm, sure!" Said Aaron.
Once they got to the Easterling High café...
All the other magical kids, who Aaron and Ryan had never met or seen before, all stared at the two walking in together. Once the two got to the counter to order their drinks and foods all the kids continued talking. Ryan and Aaron waited patiently at the counter waiting for their orders.
Once they got their orders and sat down...
"So Aaron, how was your classes?" Asks Ryan. Aaron looked around quickly, and noticed someone familiar. "They were.. um good." Said Aaron quietly. Ryan looked at Aaron. "If you say so." Said Ryan sighing. It was pretty awkward and silent for a good 10 minutes. "Yoooo! Aaron what's up my guy?" Said and unfamiliar face, he was surrounded by tons of girls. Aaron looked up quickly. "Oh! Danny! Hey!" Said Aaron. "Why don't you come with us to the unicorn racing game?" Danny asked Aaron. "Sure dude, I'll come." Said Aaron. Ryan sighed and got up and stormed out of the room. Aaron turned around, not knowing Ryan left. "Hey Ryan wanna-" Aaron started to ask. He didn't see Ryan anywhere. "Nevermind.." Aaron mumbled. "Ready to go Aaron?" Danny asked. "Yes.. let's go." Said Aaron.
Ryan went into him and Varley's room in the dorm. Ryan was crying while angry. Varley realized something was wrong with Ryan and wanted to figure out what. Varley walks up to his bed, seeing him cry into his pillow made her feel bad. "Hey.. Ryan? Is everything okay? Why aren't you with Aaron?" Asked Varley. Ryan sat up to look at her. "He fuckin' ran off with this dude named Danny. He seemed like he's a lady's man or some shit, he's fuckin cringe." Said Ryan wiping his tears kinda laughing. Varley laughed with him. "Aaron isn't worth crying over, especially if he's gonna pull off changing who to hang out with in the middle of it." Said Varley. Ryan smiled. "I guess you're right." Said Ryan. Varley and Ryan hugged. "I'll tell Lina, and we can find some new friends the three of us can hang out with!" Said Varley. Ryan nodded. "Sounds good." Said Ryan.
Aaron tried calling Ryan multiple times, but got no response. Aaron sighed. "Hey Lin—" Aaron started to say. "Shut up, I don't wanna hear it right now Aaron." Said Lina. Aaron looked down. "Sorry.." said Aaron. Lina looked at him. "Don't tell me that mister." Said Lina. Aaron stayed quiet for the rest of the night.
The next day...
Varley, Lina and Ryan were all hanging out by the lockers before class had started. Aaron had started to walk over to the group, until they looked at him and walked the other way. "It's time to head down to the auditorium!" Said Lina excitedly. "Oh yeah!! Today's the house picking!" Said Varley. "We should all sit together!!" Said Lina. The three of them agreed and headed to the auditorium...
