The next day we went out an isolated place in a forest. I cleared out a bunch of trees to make room for the house.
Icee: So, how many floors do you want? 1? 2? Want a pool? Underground bunker? Mansion?
Tabi: Woah, calm down. I'm not asking for a mansion, after losing everything I'd be fine with just a simple 1 story house.
Icee: OK, but I am capable of going all out, so whatever you want I can build.
Tabi: Alright, how about just start with a one story house with a few rooms and we'll go from there.
Icee: Got it.
So a while later, after using all the materials I brought, along with a few robots for added help, we had a large empty 1 story house.
Icee: So, there we go, I can build some basic furniture, and then you'll have a normal house.

Icee: No problem, but I have a few suggestions.

Icee: A force field that only you can cross to prevent intruders from getting in, a camera system and a camera room, places for hidden weapons, sensors to detect people around your house, a teleportor so you can get to your house from anywhere, your own underground bunker.
Tabi: I'll take everything except the bunker.
Icee: Good choice.
More building later, plus adding furniture.
Icee: Alright there we go, your all set. Now I'm gonna explain how everything works. The weapons are hidden, like under cushions and in the paintings, but I put a spell on them so if someone were to reach fir them, only you can actually pull them out. The camera room will show you the different places in and around your house. Also in the camera room is the sensors, you have heat, sound, magic, and power sensors. If anyone approaches and they emit power, magic, or some sort of energy, you'll know. I already said how the force field works. The teleportor you need a remote, you'd have to keep it on you at all times. I made you some special gloves with buttons on them.
Tabi: Thanks, its nice to have a house again. Also thanks for the added security measures.
Icee: No problem, also you can teleport to my place any time. Well, now that that's done, do you want to do?
Tabi: I think I'll just relax and get used to my new home.

I teleported to the city to try to either get some sort of excitement or make another friend.
