Felicity was waking up from her sleep. Feeling groggy, as the drugs slowly left her system, she looked round not sure where she was. As her mind slowly started working, she remembered being on the examination table, with Bruce along side her. Clearly in a different room and in bed, she didn't yet have the cognitive power to come to any conclusion about what was going on. As she gave out a little groan, she heard a familiar voice say, "Good, you're awake!".

As she turned her head towards the voice, unable to focus clearly she saw a blurry figure which she only just recognised as Doctor Herman. She remembered him giving her a second injection, but nothing after that.

Feeling groggy she said, "I don't think I feel very well."

Dr Herman replied, "Don't worry. It's quite normal to feel a bit queasy until the anesthetic has full left your system."

She didn't really process what Dr Herman had said as kept looking around trying the get her eyes into focus. Slowly and surely she was gaining control of her eye muscles and almost with a clunk everything became clear. Dr Herman brought a chair over and sat down at the side of the bed.

"Do you know where you are?", he asked.

Felicity answered, "You were doing tests, with me and Bruce. The last thing that I remember was you giving us another injection. Is that all the testing all done?"

"Yes. All the tests are finished.", he replied.

As Dr Herman was talking, Felicity became aware of the wires and tubes were coming out of the bed covers. She has never been in hospital before, but had seen enough medical dramas on the telly to quickly concluded that the tube were probably providing some sort of medication, and the wires monitoring her vital statistics; but the why eluded her.

She looked down to confirm that the wires were indeed attached to pads on her chest, and with a delayed reaction she exclaimed, "What the Eff – my boobs have gone!"

Dr Herman looked at her and said, "But is that not what you wanted?"

Felicity: "Err. Well yes! But I didn't think I'd just wake up to them gone!"

Dr H: "But that is exactly what you always dreamed of; to wake up one morning and be a boy!"

Felicity looked at the doctor with confusion all over her face as she said, "But that was only a dream, it couldn't happen that way. Could it? . . I'm not sure I understand what's going on."

Dr H: "Well that is exactly what has happened. It's not just your breasts that have gone, what's between your legs now is a bit different too. . . All the tests that we were doing, were to determine the best correction therapy for you. And the results confirmed our diagnosis that the only solution was for you to become a boy. And the best bit is that everything down there is in full working order."

Felicity pinched her arm, before saying, "Ouch! Maybe it's not a dream after all. Is it really real, Dr Herman?"

Doctor: "Yes, very real. You've had a complete Reproductive System Transplant! I bet you'd like to see, what you've got - wouldn't you?"

Fraser: "I surely would."

The doctor carefully folded down the bed clothes and removed Fraser's surgical gown.

Eyes wide open he looked at his flat chest, before raising his body up onto his elbows to look down at his tackle. "It's pretty big isn't it!", he said grinning from ear to ear, "Where did it come from?"
