Preeta looked at him in shock. All the members there were listening to their talks but when he said those words everyone got stunned.
Some got angry while some got tears and smiled at them.
When he said these lines Sherlyn was bringing Mahira downstairs. Mahira's steps came to a halt as she looked at whom Karan said those words..
There was complete silence through out the hall when Preeta broke the silence
Preeta: tum ab meri zindagi ka hissa nahi ho toh tumhe kuch bhi bolna na bolna meri marzi...
Karan: par tum meri zindagi ka hissa ho in fact tum hi meri zindagi ho Preeta.
Preeta: kya kya bak bakwas kar rhe ho
Tumhe ho kya gya h. Aisi be matlab ki baatein karke apna time waste mat karo aur shaadi karo Mahira se. Jaisa tum chahte the waisa ho rha h aur kya chahiye tumhe?.
Karan: tum....tum chahiye mujhe
Preeta had enough as she was thinking that Karan was trying to play with her emotions all over again..
Preeta(shouted in frustration): bas....bas Karan (she started crying) bas karo....aur nhi seh paungi mai tumhare dhoke bas bahut hua...todna tha na tumhe mujhe....lo tut gayi, sab tut gya meri himmat, meri takat, mera dil....dil tut gya......tut gya hai Karan bas karo ab....kyunki ab mere pass kuch nhi hai mera aatmasamman, mera Haq, mera dost,mera pyaar sab sab kuch tumne cheen liya...ab bas saasein bachi h....kaho toh woh bhi dedu?......
Karan: Preeta...(nodded in no with tears and moved towards her) Preeta kaisi baatein.....baatein kar rhi ho tum...
Bas ek cheez hi chahiye mujhe hamesha se........ tum aur sirf tum
Mahira had enough and stepped between the duo
Mahira: Karan yeh yeh tum....tum k ky kya.....Karan dekho meri baat suno tum tum mere ho.....m me mere hone wale pati pati ho....
Karan: nhi...nhi hu Mai tumhara ya kisi ka bhi honewala pati kyunki mai Preeta ka ho chuka hu...woh sirf meri h aur mai puri tarah se sirf uska..(he looked towards Preeta)The Karan Luthra pe sirf aur sirf Preeta Karan Luthra ka Haq hai..
Mahira: per per Karan....
Karan: Mahira pls abhi nhi....
Karan turned towards Preeta and forwarded his hand: kya tum puri zindagi meri jaan ban kar rehna chahogi pls Preeta....pls....
Preeta looked at him in utter shock while all of the family members were equally stunned.
Preeta was continuously crying and nodded in no in between her hiccups she shouted out loud
Nhi....
She ran out of the house before Karan could say anything while Karan looked at her retreating figure with wide eyes filled tears...
