You were walking down the street from extra credit work in school, as you were walking you notice a figure in the darkness of the alley watching you. You ignore it and keep walking down the cold empty street, knowing that when you get home your dad is probably drunk and dangerous. As you get lost in thought you end up crying, your life was a mess, failing in school, weak, ugly, abused but the thing hurting you the most was your mother. She was killed in a car crash. Because of you. you were only small but you remember it crystal clear, as if it just happened. even though it was 5 years ago.
" hey you ok there,?" a boy asked
"yeah I'm fine," you blurt out as you stand, taking the strangers hand.
" may i ask your name ?"the tall figure asked politely
" my name is y/n, nice to meet you." you look up at the figure looming above you and see a smiling turtle, his expression changes instantly as you looked at him amazed.
his mask was blue and his eyes a sapphire blue. in his hands he held a katana, and his hands only had three fingers.
" y-your a umm a A TURTLE! " you shouted smiling and jumping around,Turtles being your fave animal.
" Shhhhhhhh " Leo put a finger on your lips, making you blush." i cant be seen here im ment to be down there," he pointed to the ground. He sighed and whispered " ill come for you y/n just you wait." As he said that he shouted " My name is Leonardo, Call me Leo!"
You waved at him smiling, as you arrived at home you were greeted by the strong sent of whiskey and hear a crash from the kitchen, you sighed and went up to your room expecting to be stopped. as if planed you ducked from a flying bottle of beer, running and locking your room door. Wishing that Leo was here to protect you.
