Jasmine looked on with wide eyes at tejo's future sassural and bites her lips to stop herself from crying in jealousy. The last two days had not passed well to her, all her efforts to break tejo's new alliance has gone to drain and she had no option left that she had to turn towards jass and provoke him to take revenge on tejo who had agreed to come and spoil tejo's first function happening in her future in laws house. Jasmine smirks evily imaging tejo's tears after her marriage gets called off but she broke out of her thoughts when she sees tejo getting a grand welcome in her future sassural, flowers were showered on her and tejo walked on the pathway of the flowers made specially for her welcome. Then she sees in the entrance, as tejo entered chundnairs got lifted making way to her.
" Ughhh!" Jasmine muttered under her breath fuming at the special welcome tejo recieved. She sees tejo's mother in law holding back tejo from touching her feet instead hugging her whole heartedly.  Aaryan had sat in the centre of the hall in dectorated chair and soon enough tejo was made to sit next to him. The virks and the Sandhus followed with the shagun they had and kept in the table lying in front of the future groom and bride. Fateh who stood little far away looked on painfully as tejo was whispering something with that bastard and smiling at something he had said. He stares angrily at the scene and at the same time feels helpless as he could not do anything to stop it. He had no right to stop tejo from marrying except his heart kept widening in pain at the thought someone else will have tejo's care, right to hold her, right to banter with her funnily.
Tejo sat next to aaryan and was speaking with him when he had tried to crack a very bad joke which ended up making her smile at his attempts. Soumya had come and interrupted their moment by teasing them. Inspite of aaryan's endless attempts soumya did not leave them alone making him glare at his sister. Yashoda had come and asked tejo if it was okay with her if they begin the function. Tejo nods giving her permission. Soumya had gone ahead and announced to the few guests present here that the function had begin. It was last of the roka ceremony and the next day the engagement and chunni ceremony was going to taking place. The roka ceremony would give a endstart to the other ceremonies. The families had come and stood near Aaryan and tejo and was going to exchange the gifts with the wedding invitation when to Jasmine's relief and happiness, jass had entered in out of nowhere.
" She is my wife!" Jass announced, tejo's heart pounded with fear when she sees the monster standing in front of her with full confidence and looking at her lustfully. Her hands shake in fear. The color drained out of the faces of both the families, the guests started whispering against themselves. Riya who had been busy with some arrangements had immediately rushed to her friend seeing the drama. Jasmine wanted to dance in joy, fateh was angered seeing that bastard jass in front of him but nonetheless kept quiet for his own selfish motive. Aaryan had clenched his fists angrily and finally gets up marching towards the man who had once ruined tejo's life for money and now was staring at her with his lustful eyes. He wanted to rip out the man's eyes.
" Security" he yells, " throw this man out". The security guards rush in and holds jass to throw him out.
"Throwing me out will not change the law! She is my wife and did not divorce me before marrying that fateh so their marriage is invalid and now yours will be the same if you go ahead" jass shouts at top of his voice trying to wriggle his way out of the guards.
Aaryan laughs mockingly at the clown man in front of him who literally saw some movie and was sputtering rubbish out of his mouth. Tejo tensed up hearing jass's words, her heart beat increases as she panicked and she shakes her head not able to believe that fate was playing such cruel games to her. Ramesh was going to rush to handle his son but yashoda stops her husband.
" Let Aaryan do what he has to!" Yashoda tells her husband" this man deserves his anger, don't stop him"
Aaryan orders the guards to hold the fraud man still in the place and asks his sister to bring the file lying on his study table. Soumya obeys her brother's words and goes to bring the file. Aaryan turns his attention towards tejo and moves towards her leaving jass in care of the guards who had held him tightly.
Riya was handling tejo and even yashoda was assuring her that everything will be alright. Aaryan gets her a glass of water which she glups down.
" Did you do anything wrong tejo?"
Tejo shakes her head in denial, he takes her hand gently, " then what are you afraid for?" Aaryan asks her, " he should be the one who should be scared and shaking in fear not you"
Tejo shakes her head a little.
" Do you trust me?!" Aaryan asks her putting tejo into dilemma because she did not want to hurt him by telling she did not and it would take her time, on the other hand she did not want to be dishonest with Aaryan.
" I..." Tejo begins to explain Aaryan when he cuts her off, " come with me if you trust me that I would never let anything bad happen to you"
Aaryan held out his hands to her and tejo takes it after a moment listening to her gut instincts. Riya smiles in the background watching it. Jasmine was perplexed with aaryan's way of dealing especially his family who did not ask or point a finger at tejo. Is tejo really going to get  married to such good family who already loved and respected her to this extent? That thought itself left a bad taste in her mouth. Soumya had come at the exact time holding the file from her brother's room and handed it to him.
Aaryan held tejo's hand and goes in front of jass who looked bewildered. Tejo tightly wrapped her hand over her aaryan's wrist immediately when she realised he was taking her infront of jass.
Aaryan removes one paper from the file using his other hand and gives it to jass.
" Take your time reading this!" He smirks as jass takes the paper from his hand in confusion. Jass starts reading the paper and all the smugness he had on his face disappeared. Aaryan stands and observes as the colours drained out of the fraud man's face, he looks at tejo who was surprised seeing jass's reaction. He removes her hand from his wrist, instead entwined their fingers together. Tejo did not say anything to his gesture.
" No! This can't happen" jass wails, " I don't let this happen". He tears off the paper.
" Thank you for thinking that I'm fool to give you the original papers on sliver platter" Aaryan says dryly making jass look like a clown.
"I have about ten copies of it and forget about original, you will not get another copy of it" Aaryan smirks smugly.
He folds his arms around his chest and glares at the man who had audacity to think he would insult and scare the love of his life in front of him and go freely.
" You think I would not know anything about the past of the only woman I have ever loved in my life! What a fool you are to think that" Aaryan hisses, " Before getting married to tejo, I made sure that I ask my legal team that if you anyone can cause any obstacles to our marriage and my legal time came up with this solution if you ever come up"
" That document is enough to send you to jail for twenty years but I can reduce it  to fifteen if you take the name of the person who gave you the way to my house or if you want to protect that person go ahead and lie I will make sure that you will regret your decision"
Jasmine tenses up hearing it, she was sweating in fear inspite of air conditioner. Her hand gripping her dupatta tightly in fear, she silently prayers to god for mercy.
" Jasmine" jass breathes out her name in fear. Aaryan doesn't react, simply pats jass's back. Jasmine has everyone glaring at her angrily, she makes up a innocent face with fake tears on her eyes.
" Bravo! Have a nice time in jail" he says.
" I will as I had nice time with tejo on the bed" jass spat out mockingly, " she was so good...".  Tejo gasps next second, the feeling of humiliation completely gone.
Jasmine yelped in fear when she sees jass's nose broken because of punch he had recieved from Aaryan. Jass groans in pain. Aaryan holds his collar harshly," how dare you? Twenty years is very less. I will make sure you will rot rest of your life in prison"
Tejo separated Aaryan from jass ignoring her heart fluttering in her chest hearing his words. It felt nice to have someone who was ready to burn down the entire world for her and did not stand in sideways leaving her alone to fight the battles. She had slapped jass twice for her own before the police commissioner had arrived with his team to take jass and greeted Aaryan and his family politely with respect and even conveyed that the minister had send special wishes to the future bride with a bouquet which was handed over to tejo. Jass who had finally understood how powerful Aaryan was and his threats were real begged him for mercy but was dragged out of here immediately by the cops.
Jasmine flinches when Aaryan marches towards her ignoring tejo's request to stop. She tries to escape but riya blocks her way.
" He is lying!" Jasmine defends herself, " I will never something like that to tejo, my own sister"
" You think I'm a fool like your husband who will get easily manipulated with your act of innocent" Aaryan snaps at her," listen to me jasmine I am telling you one last time, the next time you think of harming my fiancee think hundred times because I will tear you apart without giving it a second thought and no one will stop me"
Jasmine nods fearfully. Fateh watches Aaryan threatening jasmine and mutters curses under his breath. He was supposed to do this, he should have been the open to smack jass and then earn tejo's admiration not this guy. He hated his life right now.
Aaryan takes a deep breath calming down his anger and sees tejo who was already seated back in her place. He smilingly goes and sits next to her. His family seeing his temper had  gone, started the function. The guests came over and took a look at the new bride, complimented her and even gave her gifts and left. Tejo greets the guests smilingly but could not fully concentrate her attention to them as she kept stealing glances at Aaryan who busy getting teased by soumya. She tiltes her head slightly away whenever he could lift his eyes to look at her.
"Aankhon ki Gustakhiyan.. maaf hoon" Riya hummes in low voice teasingly noticing the exchange between tejo and Aaryan, tejo glares at her friend who teasingly raises her eye brows questioningly. Tejo's simply turns around not saying anything.
