Hannah was cleaning up in the kitchen, wiping down counters, doing dishes, mopping the floor, etc. She then heard a noise come from upstairs. Jaidan was usually the one to go investigate stuff like that, considering she liked being tough, but since she wasn't here, it was up to Hannah. She walked upstairs, as she reached the top she slowed her pace down the hallway in fear. She cautiously approached her room, she heard another noise come from it. Someone then peeked out of her bedroom door. Hannah froze with shock.
"Don't be scared now. I have no intention of hurting you." The figure spoke huskily.
"Are you...the visitor J-Jeff mentioned?" Hannah questioned nervously.
"I am. I don't usually make my entrances like this but I just had to come." The figure replied. "My name is Liu by the way."
"You had to go into my room?" Hannah questioned.
"Well, I thought you'd be in here, turns out I was mistaken. Your cats don't seem to mind me though." Liu joked as Peach and Jesse, Hannah's two kittens, snuggled against Liu's boots. "May I ask your name?"
"Oh uh, my name is...Hannah. Why have you come to see me?" Hannah questioned.
"Jeff had told me that someone he took a liking to had a friend he would think i'd like..." Liu continued bashfully. "So I studied you for a while and it uhh, turns out he was correct..."
"Oh really now?" Hannah questioned, slightly flirtatious. "Well...you are cute..." she said bashfully. Liu blushed a little in response.
"Wanna ditch the cleaning and go do something fun?" Liu asked, a smile forming on his face.
"Uhh, s-sure!" Hannah replied sweetly.
"Out we go!" Liu said as he walked out of Hannah's room, taking her hand downstairs, she slipped on her white crocs that were set by the door and they left.
"Liu, where are we going?!" Hannah said with a chuckle.
"Just a bit farther! Hold on!" Liu responded sweetly. They began to approach a small lake with ducks, glimmering water, green, soft grass, and so much more to offer.
"This is my favorite place to go to clear my head. I've never shown anyone else this spot before. I found this spot a long time ago..." Liu spoke softly.
"It's beautiful. So you just...stumbled upon it or?" Hannah questioned.
"Well, it ties into my life story with how i found this spot." Liu continued. "and i'm not too sure you wanna sit here and listen to me ramble about myself." he chuckled.
"I don't mind. I'm a good listener!" Hannah responded sweetly.
"Oh alright then..." Liu began. "Everyone should know my brother, Jeff, by now. Remember so long ago when it was revealed that 'Jeff the Killer' killed his parents and attacked his brother? Well...that brother was me. In the hospital, the nurse that was caring for me insulted my brother continuously, but it angered me, because I wasn't upset with him. I loved my brother. I always did my best to be a good example to him. So, I killed her with her own equipment, tried to hide what I could, and fled. During my journey, I stumbled upon this spot so many years ago. I've been coming back ever since..." he finished.
"That was you? You were the brother?!" Hannah said with shock. "I remember me and my best friend seeing that on the news when we were younger. We were so shocked when we realized the two kids involved were around our age."
"Yeah...does your best friend's name happen to be 'Jaidan' and lives with you by any chance?" Liu questioned.
"How...did you know that?" Hannah questioned, looking over to Liu with a confused expression on her face.
Liu chuckled. "Jeff. He got so excited telling me about his experience with her. He was thrilled to have literally just learned her name." Liu smiled and rolled his eyes. "I honestly never saw him liking anyone to be honest."
"Aww!" Hannah chuckled. "He...likes her?"
"Yes, down catastrophically if I do say so myself." Liu joked, making Hannah laugh.
"but...you also said you liked me. Is that also true?" Hannah questioned softly. Liu sat down in the grass and Hannah joined him as he started to speak.
"Well, y-yeah...I...I know it's WAY too soon for you but since i've seen you more than you've seen me it's different for the both of us, and I was hoping that if i got you to hang out with me we could level it out-" Liu was cut off from Hannah giving him a kiss on the cheek. As Hannah pulled away, Liu's face was turning red.
"I definitely did NOT expect that..." Liu said bashfully, covering his face with his scarf. Hannah giggled at his flustered expression.
"Y'know, I wouldn't mind evening it out. I'd love to get to know you and see where this goes, Liu..." Hannah said sweetly, she then got a notification from her phone. She pulled it out seeing a message from Jaidan, it said, "On my way home now!! Hope u didn't finish the entire house without me!! >:(("
"Oh Liu. We gotta go, Jaidan's on her way back." Hannah said.
"Wait, we?" Liu questioned.
"Yeah! Why not!" Hannah said with a smile. "Jaidan won't mind don't worry!"
"Oh alright, if you say so." Liu responded. The two of them walked back over to the house, considering it wasn't very far from Liu's calming lake spot.
