Why does Louis care so much if I am with Timothee or not?

Tom and Timothee are gone for the day. Not sure where they're going. I have no idea what to do today. There's nothing to do. I got ready quickly to go to a nearby cafe.

I got out of the car to see Louis sitting by the window drinking tea reading a book. How can this be?

I took a deep breath and opened the door.

I got in and the door made a little bell noise.

Louis looks up and I look at him and smile.

I walk over to his table.

"hey"

"hey" he smiles

"have a seat"

We talked for hours and it feels like the old times when we would go have dinner every night in new york.

I first looked down at my coffee then I looked up at him and said "I've really missed you, Louis"

He smiled.

His smile is so amazing. I got butterflies.

"I've missed you too y/n"

right then and there I wanted to kiss him. but again he's still with Emmy.

We finished and I invited him over to my house and he accepted the invitation.

Tom and Timothee weren't home yet and I know tom wouldn't mind.

"your room isn't upstairs anymore?"

"nope it's right down the hall" I took his hand and took him to my room

I sat on my bed and sat on the edge of my bed

Louis looks out my window and sees the hot tub.

"if you want we can go in"

He turns to look at me and he says "yeah that'd be great but I don't have shorts"

"don't worry I'm sure tom wouldn't mind if you borrowed some"

I got up and went to Tom's room and grabbed the first swim trunk I found.

I handed the shorts to Louis and said "you change here and ill go to the bathroom and change wait for me in the kitchen"

When I came out of the bathroom he was already there waiting for me. He helped me take off the top of the hot tub and I turned on the hot tub.

We got in and again we started catching up.

"since when did you guys get a hot tub," he asked

"tom got it for zendaya so they can have a date in the hot tub but they've been so busy so they never had the chance"

His eyes widen "tom and zendaya are dating?"

I quickly covered my mouth "shit I wasn't supposed to say anything"

"don't worry I can keep a secret" he chuckles

Somehow we kept coming closer and closer together in the hot tub

And he kissed me.

He smelled of woodsmoke but sweet at the same time.

suddenly, he pulls me against him and he leaned his head to kiss me.

I melt into him as his fingers tangle in my wet hair.

His mouth, coupled with the way his hand is sliding down my arm. His left hand is caressing my cheek and his right hand is gripping me by the waist, pulling me against him.

I move my lips against him, wanting more, until our bodies touch, then his other hand comes up, the warm fingers grasping my waist, pulling me even closer still.

he stopped. I look up at him

"I should have never done this"

He got up from the hot tub grabbed his towel and left.

How could I do this? I was the one he cheated on his girlfriend Emmy. Even though I don't care that he's dating Emmy it was still wrong.

I just sat there and cried.
