As I walk out of the diner and start to walk home, I hear a familiar voice say "hi, can I walk you home?". When I turned around, I saw the boy from the diner earlier.
"Sure, I guess, as long as you don't stalk me later on." I say as my half-hearted way of joking because I am very tired after my long shift at Jared's.
"I'm Keith, by the way. And I won't. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to know a pretty girl like you." I say humbly, not wanting to seem cocky like this afternoon.
"I'm Noelani, and your pretty cute yourself, but your pick up lines could use a face-lift."
After we walk for a bit, I take out my phone to check the time and he grabs it. While I stand there in shock he puts his number in and says "here, call me sometime. We can go do something together."
Maybe I will. I think, as I take my phone back. Nobody has taken an interest in me in a while, so I probably will call him. I wave goodbye to him and walk up the stairs to my apartment.

That went well, I guess. When I get inside my house, I head straight for the shower. That's where my best ideas flow. Still all I can think of is her, and being in the shower and thinking of her caused a bit of an inconvenience down there... After my shower, that was slightly extended due to inconveniences, I slipped on some sleep pants and walked over to check my phone. Noelani had texted me, and I was excited, like a 5 year old, haha nobody said I couldn't be a dorky angel. I put her number in and texted her for a while until she fell asleep. After I thought a bit longer about her then I fell fast asleep.
